GoogleLisa, Jewel and the team made our dream home become a reality. The process of selling our house was extremely smooth and sold in record time. The mortgage and insurance service Jewel offered was great. We got amazing rates considering whats happening with the economy at the moment. GoogleI was looking for a rent in Redditch & tried to contact multiple Letting Agents through email & phone numbers registered in various renting sites, but none of them responded properly. I was losing hope but then one day I got a call back from Dixons. They are very professional & helped me get my desired rent within a week. GoogleAfter reading the on line reviews, I decided to give Dixons a call and I must say the service and the professionalism provided by Dixon‘s lettings team was exceptional, my agent’s Kate and Chloe are an excellent team I was kept informed every step of the way and the turn around from the time I met with the ladies and them finding tenants for my property was really quick. GoogleI have recently just let my property out through Dixons Redditch. It is the first time doing this and I was recommended to speak to Kate. The recommendation was definitely worth while as she was absolutely amazing. I had a couple of months between wanting to rent my house out and it actually happening due to my moving date however she came to speak with me immediately, took photos when I asked, told me exactly what was happening throughout the process, I couldn't recommend Dixons and particularly Kate enough :). Recently put an offer in for my first house and was super daunted by all the legal and morgage requirements that needed to be in place to make the purchase complete. Thankfully the team at Dixons Acocks Green helped me. Adam, Lee and Courtney were always a phone call away. I would recommend anyone buying there first home to buy the hand in hand house purchase service provided by Adam it does come at a fee but well worth it as all solicitors are in house and he will save you allot on your monthly morgage repayments.

Never an issue with contacting them and they respond without ridiculous delays which is great to someone like me who worries about everything.
