Just glad I'm not using them to sell my house. Cannock branch is terrible. No one to answer phone and they don't reply to messages left. Finally booked a viewing and no-one turned up, total waste of time. Finally managed to view and put forward an offer and they failed to get back to me in a reasonable amount of time. Since then I found another property with another agent placed offer which was accepted. Thanks for nothing Dixons Cannock.

Smooth viewing and application process with support and guidance at every point. Our only negative would be the reference process, this part seemed very pressurised and rushed. It was very difficult to get these from our current landlord within the expected 48 hours. Overall a great experience with Dixons. Thank you Holly and Megan for all your help. We recently moved from Wales to Redditch and had the pleasure of dealing with Chloe and the team as we rented a property through Dixons. Throughout the entire process Chloe and the team were friendly , approachable and knowledgeable, going above and beyond to make the move less stressful. When we moved into the property and had some teething problems Chloe advocated for us and got them resolved promptly. Disappointing experience with property management and deposits

After two years as a tenant, the most I can give Dixons Estate Agents is a 1-star review. While the initial setup was fine, the ongoing experience was very frustrating. When dealing with renewals, repairs, or the deposit team, the staff were consistently unresponsive and quick to shift the blame elsewhere. I never felt that they were on my side. At the end of our tenancy, they attempted to make unjustified deductions from our deposit for standard wear and tear, and we had to rely on the independent deposit scheme to get our money back. I would not work with them again nor recommend them to anyone. If you do rent with them, make sure you document everything.

Using Google Review as Website Customer Care & Feedback form doesn't work?! We would like to say how utterly unprofessional our recent interactions with the letting department was. We arranged a viewing (with a bit of difficulty due to not getting callbacks as promised) of a house on New Road, Studley for 19th September at 2:00pm. We then had a call from an agent today (Thursday 18th) to say the property has now been let by someone who didn't have a viewing and applied based on pictures from the website. We were shocked by this information and said that we believe this isn't something that is normal practice and that if we had known then we would have done this ourselves!!!! We are extremely disappointed and if the "sight unseen" application is something that you offer then I would expect this to be made clear when arranging a booking, so for example when clients/agents phone then they should be providing this option and/or a viewing. We had arranged time off work to fit in with the agent, and we have not viewed other properties/missed out on other properties. What a complete waste of time and the most unprofessional experience we have ever encountered. We have dealt with lots of other agents over 10 years and have never experienced anything like this, needless to say we will avoid any properties advertised by Dixons.

Moving can be such a stressful situation, but Dixons have made this process so so easy and stress free! They provide all the help and information you need, but in a good steady journey - I didn't once feel bombarded with tasks or paperwork.
