I have used AG on several occasions and the service is fantastic the staff are friendly and have kept me informed all the way through the process of a purchase or sale. friendly office overall I would give 10/10 for service.

Since our house went on the market before Christmas I get phone calls and about 3 letters a week, please stop harassing me!! If I want to use your services (which I don't) I will contact you!

Excellent Sales experience let down by on line conveyancing

Poor internet access at home didn't help However I would choose a local solicitor where you can talk and deliver paperwork . Several of the items we uploaded were mislaid which added to the stress of the process , poor telephone response from a " conveyancing factory " I cannot criticise individuals who are I am sure doing their best . Fast, easy and stress-free

Glenn at the Redditch store was helpful and explained everything to us throughout the process. We are first time renters but Glenn and the staff at redditch made it an easy and stress-free process informing us what was happening throughout and what payments were required and why. No hidden costs or agendas. Would highly recommend using Andrew Grant!

As an Andrew Grant tenant of the last 12 months, Property Management (Chloe D in particular) have been fantastic. The inspection clerks give you plenty of notice as to when they want to inspect and are very understanding if you can't make the appointment. I would definitely rent with Andrew Grant again in the future.

Rubbish! We are cash buyers that want to buy a house and rarely can they be bothered to pick up the phone. Very poor service indeed. Do not use these to sell a property or act as an agent for anything!!!

Unprofessional, expensive and bad experience with the deposit. They have been unable to deal with the landlord to sort out the problems with the flat. Would not recommend them.
