John and Jack helped with our move , all the advise they gave stood true with our experience, selling our house was much easier and much faster than originally anticipated, Jack done our house viewings for us and always very flexible and accommodating to work around us , The overall experience was good and communicated very well , selling our house was a nervous time for us but they made it very easy for us , We had numerous agents approach us and John was a very honest and knowledgeable agent who we believed would be the best person to take on the sale of our house, and with the help of Jack too they done great , we never felt pushed into anything and they always respected our wishes if we decided against something, overall great people and thank them a lot

Highly recommend John and Jack who made our whole selling progress so easy! John came round and viewed our property and the next minute we were on the market and was sold within two weeks, we went away on holiday and had numerous offers and was sold before we even got back! Now that is an amazing service for you! They never made me feel stupid no matter what silly question I asked which was such a godsend because it made me feel so comfortable knowing we chose the right agent to go with! Would use these guys again in a heartbeat! Thanks again guys and Sally for all your hard work!

Couldn't fault Aspire. Everyone has been so friendly and helpful. Always got feedback promptly and was able to have straight talking, straight forward conversations that ultimately sold my house and they even matched me up with the home I wanted to purchase. Have to give a special mention to Courtney and Chloe who really do go above and beyond and genuinely care about what they do. We recently sold our home through Ewe move and have to say it was a very positive experience. Martin came to value our house but took his time ensuring that we were really happy before we signed up with them. The viewings were done by Ewe move which made this aspect fairly stress free. Can’t recommend Paul highly enough. Having found the house we wanted we needed to sell our house quickly. From the moment of instruction Paul was super efficient and created a great listing. I have bought and sold many houses over the years and this has been the worst experience ever. Rude, ignorant and unprofessional, particularly Helen. Made the experience unnecessarily stressful. Kirby was the only person who was any help. On top of this the property was miss advertised. It said recent re wire. As it turns out is was 11 years ago. Avoid this company at all costs!

I was amazed how bad is Thirdfort. I was stuck in a loop taking repeated pictures of my up-to-date NFC equipped passport that yielded an error but no error number/ID. There was no escape option, even though the app promises an alternative approach. When? A count down would be useful. 'Technical issues' generally means that some script kiddy has not done his/her CS 101 homework. Eventually I went back and tried the no-passport route. I sent a photo of my passport (sic), a selfie and recorded a short video. This wasted a lot of time - much more than 5 minutes, more like an hour including having no utility bills less than 3 months old (it is February) so eventually used a recent bank statement pdf just to link me to my address. I don't like broadcasting our financial details - they are none of anyone's business. Not good.

With regards to the introduction of AI to complete reports I was a bit sceptical at first but after dialogue with Rosie Hoult in the sales department she persevered and answered all of my questions and although there are areas I feel that could be improved Rosie’s diligence and patience has proved worthwhile because I’ve got a better grasp of AI and I feel that I’m completing reports a lot quicker than I would’ve done without it. Our house just needed ‘the right buyer’ and from our first meeting of Luke from Michael Poole, Stockton I believe he understood that. I felt he took a personal interest in our sale and worked very hard to find and show that buyer to our house. Kathryn then took over and did proper due diligence on the offer for us to feel confident about the buyers and the sale progressing. Throughout the sale process Kathryn and her team kept it as stress free as possible. Selling this house was reasonably emotional and I felt Kathryn showed empathy and understanding. What a great joy it was to purchase our first home with Louise. When i first spoke to Louise I said to her ‘we want to see this house but it’s out of our price range’ and she said ‘there’s no harm in looking’ fast forward 24 hours and we put an offer in in, spoke to our mortgage advisor and within 48 hours a price had been agreed and we brought our first home as a family. She wasn’t a typical pushy estate agent making out things were bigger than they are or try and over sell the property. Louise was great and is a lovely person! Mo was a pleasure to deal with as a buyer: - no seedy tactics, just good gentle soft sales technique. He answered our enquiries with urgency, even after completion. One enquiry was on a Sunday when we couldn't figure out what was going on with the central heating. He had no legal obligation to respond, simply a moral one. On one occasion I have been so impressed by the quality of estate agency as a buyer, I have decided to go with that agency when it came time to sell. This would be another one of those occasions.
