GoogleDisappointed/horrible. Didn't tell me that a house was on sale after I looked at it and told them to let me know, and people bought it for a much cheaper price. Don't trust this company.

GoogleI was absolutely delighted by the level of service received by this company. From start to finish, nothing was too much trouble whereby every development was communicated to me immediately. I was especially impressed by the sheer professionalism of Mark Sinclair at the Ilford office who showed honesty, transparency and commitment in getting the asking price for my property. I would have no hesitation in recomending Payne & Co. to anyone who`s considering buying or selling.

GoogleI have been made an offer on the property and have not been told that the seller is not genium too sell. Instructed surveyor paid £936. To be infirmed letter that seller changed his mind. Money wasted!
Dear Nicolae, We are as disappointed as you are that the sale did not proceed to a satisfactory completion. As stated previously we have no control over our clients changing their mind. Our legal system allows buyers and sellers to do this up to the point of exchange of contracts. Please accept our apologies.

GoogleI initially went with a rival estate agents in the area and wasn't too pleased with the service. Switched to Payne and co who really stepped up to the plate, acting in a friendly, professional and efficient manner at all times, helping us sell our house in spite of the difficult climate at the time. Would highly recommend them for anyone selling in and around the Ilford area.

He did a great job in keeping a diplomatic stance between myself and seller when things became frustrating as they do in property transactions. As a tenant, I have been impressed with their efficiency and fairness. They have been sensitive when showing new tenants around and always check that its convenient. They are always happy to discuss any issues and always call back when they say they will. In addition, they have handled neighbour disputes with diplomacy and tact.

If one of the agents is away, the other agents will pick up any correspondence so that someone is always getting back to you very quickly about any queries.
