GoogleMake sure you have pictures of the property rent from them. They will try to charge you for changing the old worn off carpet and repair the damp wall of the flat. I was saved because I took plenty of pictures before I move in to the property.

GoogleWe was six years with them as a Tennant. They never changed anything at the beginning (painting, carpet, etc). When we moved they took our deposit money and they said we damaged the house. But the sales team were good, we bought a house from them. The employee helped us lot.
