I can't recommend Steve and his team in Woodford Green enough!Thanks to them we achieved the best price possible for our propety,great online tools to follow progress and Khaleesha was also always available for an update! She is great to work with, always kept me updated on the latest with buyers and offers and went above and beyond! I don't think we could have sold as quickly and effortlessly and at a great price in the current difficult market.Really great estate agent and they really work for their fee.Steve is very knowledgeable about the area and a joy to work with him!

Highly recommended, stress free experience!!!

I would like to thank Douglas Allen Woodford Green, specifically Khaleesha and Keith that were in direct contact with me (also Steve and Richard working hard behind the seen). Khaleesha was very friendly and patient, very polite. Keith straight to the point, great in chasing other parties to get things moving! I am a first-time buyer, so this was quite daunting experience. They were both very professional and worked really hard in explaining everything and reassured me in those hesitating moments. I really appreciate their hard work in getting me moved in really fast. I have managed to get the property I really wanted thanks to Khaleesha's negotiating skills and dedication and got to move in within 2.5 months thanks to Keith's persistency. I can honestly say, they have made this purchase really easy. Highly recommend, stress free experience!!!

I used Douglas Allen to sell my property and the Woodford Green branch were very good especially Khaleesha Said-Loveday she worked very hard on my sale especially because the buyers just messed around. My problem was with the solicitor that they recommended, DA said that if i used the solicitor they recommended it would save time !! Don’t be fooled by this. The solicitors were the most incompetent solicitors i have ever come across, i had four different solicitors in the same company and still they could not get anything right! Eventually they told me that they wouldn’t proceed with the sale and I should find another solicitors so i went to the ones i had used before and the sale went through as smooth as anything. When I complained to Douglas Allen they were not interested. So if i were you i would ignore the sales pitch that they give you about their pool of solicitors being quicker ( they get paid from them ) and find a solicitor for yourself it will be much better and probably cheaper and quicker

Our general experience with douglas allen from start to finish has been unbelievable.The staff attitude towards the sale was second to none! we felt comfortable with their knowledge and experience throughout. Brilliant service from start to finish.

We put our house on the market on the 11th September, by the 25th we had sold it and we are completing on the 14th December so we did the whole thing in 14 weeks!!I cannot fault the service we were given , we were always kept up to date regarding viewings and offers, and post sale our sales progressor was brilliant at liaising with all sides involved in the sale and out purchase.Big thank you to Maria at the Hoe Street Branch, and Andrew for making what is always a stressful experience a little less painful, your hard work is really appreciated. Outstanding, Thank YouWhile out viewing properties with Chadwell Heath office I met Michal Aloto at the open house, he discussed my situation and I had just put my property on the market with an online agent. After a couple of months I accepted an offer and when Michael was discussing new properties for me to buy said he thought the offer was low, he felt that he had buyers ready who could view my house and as it’s no sale no fee I agreed for him to come round. The first open house was a success and I got the offer £15,000 more. I had more viewers in one day than I’d had for past two months. Excellent team effort so individual people all deserve a mention.Chadwell Heath branch manager Les secured our business by offering valuation etc on his route home after the shop had closed when other agents would not make themselves available for a further 2, 3 days. He clearly explained the process to us and inspired confidence in his teams ability to successfully market our home.Gizem handled the open house viewings with tact and diplomacy.Michelle, Michael and Charlotte were always on hand and extremely helpful when issues occurred with our buyers.Once we accepted our purchasers offer our file was moved to Andrew Bilby, sales progressor based at East Ham branch. We cannot thank Andrew enough for his conscientious and effective approach when dealing with some difficult issues. Our ongoing purchase was through an on line agent and the experience was awful but could have been a whole lot worse. Chloe and Abbie have been excellent in guiding us through the letting of mum's house. From the start Chloe was so professional we cancelled other agents and went with DAS. She sold the company really well, and answered every question we had thoroughly. Abbie took over for the viewing and letting phase and also kept us up to date with all that was going on. The Walthamstow branch was recommended to me by a friend.I was told that they were very friendly,helpful & trustworthy.Totally true!
