In my honest opinion, the female expeditor was indeed effective, efficient and extremely personable! The trouble with Douglas Allen is that the glossy front-end marketing is let down, extremely badly... a glossy front end magazine with a sub-standard editiorial!
If this organisation wishes to progress, it would be better served by observing the expeditor closely, to fully comprehend the meaning of Servitium Qualitas!!! or better still, familarise themselves with the teachings of Tomas Peters: In Search of Excellence!!

where do i start the online portal doesn't work so was unable to look at viewings feedback etc , even told them it does not work 8 yes eight times . constantly wanted us to drop the price of our property after being with them for a few weeks. These guys couldn't sell a house if they tried all they are interested in is there cut(money) which is exorbitant compared to other agents around.
