There were several instances where I had to follow up multiple times to get a response, and the agent seemed to lack knowledge about the properties they were showing. In addition, there were several mistakes in the paperwork that caused delays in the process. I would suggest that improve communication and attention to detail to provide a better experience for your clients."

I've been really impressed with the service I've received from Douglas Allen in Walthamstow over the last few weeks: sales manager Ammer Haroon was very proactive in getting the ball rolling when I found a property I was interested in, and branch manager Maria Ticehurst has been working really hard to iron out any issues with the vendor's solicitor, despite the COVID-19 lockdown. I'm in good hands there!

However Natasha was particularly helpful in following up calls to solicitors and buyer to make sure the transaction eventually went through to exchange. Although the sale took longer than expected, I am happy with the outcome.
