Over price your house then encourage you to drop the price after a week when it has no interest.Constantly say they’re emailing and calling potential buyers, when the website statistics say different. Everything is done at a snails pace. After we switched estate agents they left the house up for sale in the window for 3 weeks even though we weren’t selling with them anymore… that’s how absent minded they are. If you want a stress free and smooth sale go with Temme English. If you want to sell your house for £20k less than it’s worth go with Alex at Douglas Allen.
