Excellent service from the Worcestershire office:

Our country equestrian property has recently been sold by Vanessa & Halina at the Worcestershire office. Both ladies were professional and extremely helpful. Communication was good and they both spent considerable time getting to know and understand the property. The marketing was first class including brochures and videos and they worked hard at finding the right buyers and not carrying out viewings for the the sake of it, for example buyers looking for more land than was available which in turn limited wasting time for all involved. Can highly recommend these ladies.

Sale of my house

This was a positive experience and had a good outcome. The fact that Covid-19 reared its ugly head just as I decided my house was ready to go on the market was no-one's fault but it did affect the length of time the whole process took, which was unfortunate. I would have very much liked things to have happened more quickly but accept that as far as I'm aware, in all circumstances, everyone was doing their best despite the difficulties.

The team at the Woodbridge branch were friendly, polite and attentive at all times.They promptly responded to any queries I had.Selling a house during a pandemic is not an easy task, but Mike and Michael took the appropriate careful measures to show potential purchasers around the house. I was a bit disappointed with price that was finally achieved, during a time when the market was very active. House valuation was at £765000 and price achieved was £720000.Maybe looking more carefully at initial valuation would avoid this.“Sellers views” is a good idea giving potential purchasers from out of the area a picture of local facilities and activities. Suggesting I do that when you first took on the property may have made for a quicker sale.Overall I was very pleased with the service Fine and Country offered and would be happy to use you again.

Fine & Country provided exceptional service.

Our sale went on sale in Derbyshire initially in the autumn of 2020. We instructed two agents and the response from potential purchasers was very limited.We realised that we had to think differently, and so Fine & Country was approached since it promised a superior style of marketing. We were not disappointed. The results of the move to Fine & Country were immediate, with a greater number of hits on the web pages which translated into myriad viewings. We sold our house a few months after we had instructed this agency and the sale was at a price greater than the guide price issued by Fine & Country.Fine & Country's local representative, Pip Holden, took complete control of the process; she organised the specialist photographer, the filming of the video and the design of the brochure, (each of which was of an exceptional quality). In addition, Pip presented an engaging piece to camera for the website and advised us on the best way in which the house could be shown to its maximum advantage. Throughout the process, Abigail in Fine & Country's local office provided outstanding support; her organisational and communication skills are second to none.The commission charged by Fine & Country is higher than the other agencies on the High Street. However, the seller benefits from the superior service and the dedicated, personalised attention of an experienced agent. Pip managed all of the viewings, kept in touch with prospective buyers and secured much interest in the property throughout the sale process.At all stages of the sale process we were delighted by the service from Pip, Abigail and Fine & Country throughout. Should we be looking to sell our home again I would not hesitate to give the business to Fine & Country again.

First Class service from A Top Team

First Class service from Freddie, Katie, Declan and Mandy from the beginning. 2 excellent offers very close to the asking price and regular updates by telephone and email confirmation. The team were always professional, polite and in most cases returned calls the same say or within 24 hours. Compared to the experience with some of the big “National names” F&C were Premier League and the other League 2 despite the fee quotes being much higher with the “Big National” companies. I highly recommend F&C.

I tried to view a property in Compton…

I tried to view a property in Compton Martin, I emailed, them and called them 4 times, only on final call a week later they booked me in. Then two days before the appointment they then wanted me to rearrange! I have just sold two properties in The Chew Valley with another agent, who were far more efficient! Sellers also be aware, their contract states that if you pull out of a sale, you have to pay their fee!

Cheam/London office, no one replied to my emails viz zoopla or direct to office. I then called and got "Joel" who said he would send me details and didn't. I then got Sharon who finally did do what she said she would do. But thereafter, got no further assistance from her with any meaningful replies to questions about a property. And at a site viewing, she rudely refused us parking and could not answer questions about the site. Pretty shocking quality from customer service, sales, and estate agent perspectives and I would warn people to be very careful any properties this lot have (which is not many thankfully)

Lee Armstrong from Fine & Country has been fantastic throughout the entire selling process. From the first time we met through to the end he has provided us with a first class professional service. We can't fault him or his colleagues. The brochures, advertising and video were all superb, as was the advice on how to make the rooms look light and airy.Each viewing was carried out with attention to detail and once we had a buyer the support that we have received has been second to none. I had the pleasure of dealing with the Beccles office of Fine & Country when purchasing my property. We had a few concerns with the slow speed of the solicitors during this time. However I was very impressed with the staff at the Beccles office, without whom I very much doubt the sale would have completed on time. Both Rebecca and Bianca followed up swiftly to provide all the information needed to confirm the deal and also dealt with servicing the equipment and cleaning the property so overall I was very impressed with the level of service they provided to the sellers and myself as buyer.

Professional, Practical and Friendly

We chose Fine and Country because we felt they were by far the most professional estate agent we'd seen. Trying to sell our house through the worst fears of Brexit and having seen potential buyers stall in the first lockdown proved very frustrating. However, the team at Fine and Country, Jay, Emma and Karen delivered a good number of regular qualified viewers in such a way that we were confident we'd sell.They were always contactable by phone and if unavailable would get back to us in good time. She was very well-informed about the property during our initial viewing, and we were delighted that she remained our sole contact throughout the whole purchase procedure. We felt extremely confident throughout, as any queries we had would always be responded to very swiftly through the WhatsApp she set up with us. Fantastic! Unprofessional, disinterested and dismissive

Would give even fewer stars if I could. Made an enquiry about a house - and the agent couldn't answer even basic questions about it. The floorplan was also clearly wrong. Agent requested we put questions in writing - which we did - and promised to get back to us after the weekend. A week later, no response at all. Ended up calling them, at which point they blamed the vendor for not wanting to answer any questions (?!!) and said they had quite some interest already. When asked outright if they were even interested in a cash offer from us - they mumbled that (in 3 days they had been showing it) they already had potential offers. If I was this vendor I would be furious if potential cash buyers had been fobbed off in this way. Appalling agent - will never use them.

Sale of a unique property.

We initially marketed our property through another national agent, with little success. On relaunch, following the first lockdown, we opted for F&C, who had a far more proactive approach, particularly once Mike Warren got involved. We certainly felt that he was following through thoroughly with every potential buyer, ending, ultimately, with a successful sale.Like all home owners signing up with an agent, it seems like a lot of money being committed. In our case, I believe F&C earned their keep!Well done!
