Excellent service and great outcome

Francesca at the Esher branch has been absolutely brilliant in helping sell our house. It was a difficult sale having been on the market with 3 different estate agents over a 2 year period with little interest generated. Francesca took it on with enthusiasm and energy resulting in 3 offers and a sale which has now successfully completed. She was communicative and pro-active, things missing with some of the other agents. Really pleased with the outcome and would recommend using Fine & Country.

Simply the best...estate agent!

I often read reviews that begin with "I never usually write reviews..." and have to admit that is me all over! However, I feel absolutely compelled to write a review for John Ray based on the incredibly outstanding service he has provided. To say nothing is too much for John would be an absolute understatement. John has taken my calls outside of office hours, on the weekend and essentially anytime I have needed him! Again to say John goes the extra mile would be an understatement. John took the time to ask pertinent questions in order to fully understand our situation and has always explained everything to us every step of the way. He is extremely thorough which is so very reassuring for both the vendor and purchaser alike. He is completely honest, transparent and empathetic. I just wish all estate agents were more like John!

We wanted to purchase a house through Town and country. We were the first to offer on a property, we put forward the asking price as no other offers at that point. We were called to say the house had gone no discussion or chance to counter offer, with no comeback, bad practise surely. Offer excepted before speaking to parties involved. Should you talk to all parties before returning to vendor for a decision? I think so

In life, you generally only get what you pay for and this is so true with Fine & Country. If you want a first class service you really can't get any better than this company. Halina Day and Vanessa Raggett produced the most incredible video that gave our house a head start followed up with an informative brochure.
