Apologies to Fine and Country.

Apologies to Fine and Country. After supposedly dealing with Fine and Country, I found that their name was being used by another lesser company. The actual company who came in their name was one big problem. The property was not advertised properly, wrong description and address were shown. Beware that you are not taken in by a contracted estate agent who I shall not name. Fine and Country should be very careful who they use as contractors and vet them properly before sending them to unsuspecting sellers.

What a team!

Having completed the conversion of offices into 4 flats, I invited Fine & Country (Diss) to market them on my behalf. The first one has been completed within 10 weeks and the remaining 3 are sold subject to contract. It all commenced with a high quality brochure being produced by Chris (Director) & Sue (Office Manager). This was then followed up by superb customer service from Sue & Tania (Client Consultant), in guiding prospective buyers through the purchase process and securing firm offers on all the properties within 10 days. In regular conversations, I was kept updated at all times and my questions and requests were dealt with promptly. All the purchases have been very efficiently processed and completed by Philippa (After Sales Manager) WHAT A TEAM! I thank them all and would certainly recommend them to others..

Horrendous experience with the Barnes…

Horrendous experience with the Barnes Branch. Moved in to a property with no electricity, gas a beeping alarm carpet on stairs not connected correctly and fell down the stairs with a trip to a&e. Many issues should have been dealt with and have not. They have still not resolved them and are blaming us for the issues rather than resolving them. Stay away from this company especially if they are managing on behalf of a land lord.

Sam and Claire Dream Team

The first time we met Sam Funnell from Fine and Country, Rugby, was at a house viewing. He was so knowledgeable about the property and could answer any questions we asked. So impressed were we that he was the first person we thought of when instructing an estate agent. We arranged a meeting with him to value our house, which is when we met Claire. Together they truly are the creme de la creme. All through the process of selling our wonderful family home, they have supported us. It has been an emotional journey and we wanted our house to be sold to someone who would love it as we do. Claire found the perfect family, who we know will cherish this house as we have. Claire and Sam have always been available if we have had concerns regarding our sale and purchase. If you are thinking of selling your house or buying one you will probably already have discovered that estate agents are two-a-penny and many of them not worth much more than that!To sell a house which you have converted into a cherished and loved home requires a special kind of sales agent who respects the hard work you’ve put into your home and is able to pass that on to a prospective buyer. Alex Strafford of Fine & Country Bedford office is exactly that kind of person and she has perfected her technique to the point of being a master of her art. Apart from also being a very likeable person she has a great pair of listening ears that enable her to tailor your selling or buying requirements to the greatest effect possible ensuring fast and painless arrival at that important point “exchange of contracts”. Her time keeping can't be beaten (but she did once take a whole 3 minutes to get back to me with an answer to a query, however it was on a Sunday evening)!Take a look at her portfolio and you will immediately see what I mean.Alex, my family and I applaud you, your skill and dedication to your profession and our only regret is that we have now found our forever home so will not need your services again.

Excellent service - Highly Recommended

I bought a property from Fine & Country, Diss and they were an invaluable asset after the offer was accepted. Without the help of Phillipa Martinez the deal would have fallen through several times due to my legal representation being very poorly organised. She was on the ball and worked tirelessly to facilitate the process, and even on occasion helped my estate agent chase up the lawyers on the sale of my property. She made me realise why it is so important to have a good estate agent and I hope to use Fine & Country again.Since I moved in Chris Scott has given me some very good advice on improvements I am making to the property, it's always good to have an estate agent's opinion on these matters.Thank you very much all of the Diss office, including Tania Lennard who negotiated the sale - I love my new home.

5 star service from the Norwich branch as always! House sold for full asking price. This is the third property I've sold through F&C over the last 10 years and they are always first class. Exceptional quality of brochures and advertising, super helpful staff especially Natasha, Philippa (and Helen who wasn't working this sale for us but did my previous two). Highly recommend.
