F&C Cambridge. I'm sharing my experience so you dont waste your time. We marketed £200k below their widly inflated valuation but two months after signing with them we had no viewings whatsoever and no engagement. We requested regular updates but nothing. We found out they removed our property from Rightmove without any consultation with us. The Directors are arrogant and disinterested. Avoid the stress and go to a professional organisation.Thank you for the response. I look forward to actually speaking with someone, as so far all my calls have been ignored.

Very poor. Dealings with Greg Perrin at the Derby branch. Bulling, and harassment and threats. Was told on the 5 December 2022 that we had to move on the 21 December 2022 or else the chain would fall through and our buyers would pull out. (despite telling him that no removal firms were available before Christmas) The only option was to put our stuff into storage. The only date available for this was the 16 December. However the evening before we were then informed by Greg that the bottom of the chain was not ready. Lost £4,000 in storage and removal costs. Now living out of a suitcase for Christmas. Never again do we want anything to do with such a dishonest man

He was available pretty much 24/7 and nothing was too much trouble.After producing the most beautiful brochure, our home sold within a few days, however, the chain fell through near to exchange in Oct 22. Shocking customer service from start to finish with Anita Adams. I have had a lot of experience with estate agents and never have I received such a lack of communication and professionalism. Throughout the full 6 month process we did not receive one call, it was always us having to make the call and when we were spoken to it was like we were not worthy of a polite conversation. Never communicated with other estate agents in the chain, creating more work for us. Extremely rude and would not recommend.
