Recently sold a house in Norwich. Natasha & Richard were exemplary. The pictures and brochure did the house proud. Their after sales level of reporting was really helpful in concluding the transaction. Having used other agents in the past all I can say is they outshone the competition by a county mile.

Very concerning…

Very concerned when I overheard the Fine and Country agent (who is being paid by the vendor and should be representing their best interests) saying to a potential purchaser “all the furniture in the house was cr@p but most of that has been cleared now. Make them an offer - it’s already been reduced and you’ll be surprised what they might accept”!!!For someone representing the vendor - the person who is paying his very fees and for whom he is obliged to achieve the best deal - this is not only unethical, it is highly unprofessional and downright offensive.Why would you pay an agent like this to sell what is probably your most valuable asset?

This is an unusual one as we were part of the upward chain but credit where it’s due!Our buyers sold their property through Claire Heritage at Fine and Country , to say the least it was a very bumpy ride but we stuck with our buyers throughout and communicated regularly this is mainly because Claire put 100% into keeping us totally in the loop at every stage giving us confidence and commitment to ‘ stick with it ‘ early morning messages with updates , follow up calls with updated info . We got there Claire … thank you from all of us in the chain , you did it girl!!!

As the property purchaser , I met Nigel Plaskett of Stratford on Avon office in his role as agent for the vendor.Throughout the 8 month purchase period ( property withdrawn from the market at one stage) , we established a strong professional relationship with him which engendered our trust and respect , and indeed our patience as cash buyers. Incredible service - you get what you pay for!

Incredible service from Claire at Fine and Country! Our sale and purchase was not straightforward but the support from Claire was fantastic - I felt she was with us every step of the way and I’m sure that we would have lost our dream home had it not been for her help and tenacity. We sold our house through Nicola and Liz at Fine and Country and I cannot recommend these ladies enough. We had several viewings which the ladies always went above and beyond to sell our house, they would even turn up early and help with any last bits of organizing as having three kids and a dog to get out of the house for each viewing was quite stressful but Nicola and Liz always made the process easier.Once we sold our house the ladies didn’t just stop there, without their help I don’t think I would have moved anytime soon, they were chasing all solicitors and estate agents in the long chain on a regular basis and would continuously keep me updated .The biggest thing I noticed is that their main priority is your happiness not a sale and this really shows in their working relationship with you, thank you ladies so much for everything.

Frightening and traumatic experience: When I got back to Brocco on the Park, a Fine and Country hotel, at 1.30am, sober, after attending a 50th (the reason for my stay) the door was locked. No one answered the phone, nor my knocking at the door, or the doorbell. After many panicked attempts, including calling my husband and waking him up to ask for help, I called my friends whose party it was and got a cab across town to sleep on their sofa. I had very little sleep. At least I had somewhere to go. The hotel had a night porter, but he must have been sleeping on the job. Also they were supposed to give me a code for the door, which they did not do. I was cold, tired and afraid to be stranded on my own in the middle of the night. My essential medications along with the rest of my carefully packed belongings were in the room.
