GoogleThe service I received from this agency was outstanding. Every member of staff I worked with was efficient, professional and super-friendly. Couldn't fault them and anyone who deals with the property management industry these days knows how very rare it is to be able to say that. James in particular was truly exceptional. He went above and beyond to find me a property that met all my needs in a very difficult market. He was communicative, responsive, polite at all times and genuinely caring. If there were awards for letting managers he'd have an Oscar. Couldn't be happier.

GoogleLooking for a house that meets with all your specifications can be very tasking and sometimes frustrating...but not with Winkworth. This agency took special note of my preferences and organized viewings that we're professionally conducted. The warmth, the care, the attention to details and personalized touch were things we enjoyed during the entire process. It is often said, ‘the organization is only as good as the employees in it’. This is a true saying. I would like to deeply appreciate Ayisha Qadri for doing such a splendid job as she conducted all those viewing sessions with a high level of emotional intelligence that enabled her to connect with us in such a way that made an otherwise stressful process, a very pleasant experience. GoogleWe were initially renting a property through Winkworth and had just had a house purchase fall through on the sellers side. When our rental agent heard about this, he got his colleague in the house sales department to get in touch with us as they’d just had a similar property come on the market. This impressed me as it showed that both the sales and rentals departments communicate with each other. After seeing the house, and throughout the process of submitting the offer right down to completion, our agent, Robin, was a true professional. He gave us the details we needed to make an informed decision, was very courteous and professional in his communications, and kept us up to date with everything that was going on with the process, leaving us wanting for nothing. Excellent service, would highly recommend!

GoogleI would like to thank all the staff at Winkworth (Reading) for their professionalism and support during the recent sale of my property. The rationale behind the agents initial valuation was explained very clearly and the property was placed on the market within a few days of agreeing their recommended asking price. I was subsequently kept fully informed of progress through to exchange of contracts and completion and any queries raised by the buyer were answered swiftly leading a satisfactory conclusion of the sale at the agreed asking price. I have no hesitation in unequivocally recommending Winkworths Estate Agents.

GoogleAs a landlord I have worked with Winkworth for many years.They have a great team in the lettings department,they have always dealt with any issues that the tenants or myself may have had. They pay great attention to detail,and are exceptional with finding new tenants at really good rental income ,every time. They know the local market well,and are always happy to advise on any questions and queries you may have as an landlord. Any maintenance issues are always carried out very quickly and tend to be dealt with the tenants and contractors in a very professional manner. If you want good management and peace of mind then I would always recommend the team at Winkworth.

My first interaction was with Michael Foldvari who's knowledge of the local market, in terms of pricing and strategies for selling we're exceptional. Nicola Roberts conducted all viewings and provided potential buyers with extensive information about the property and the local area. We agreed a sale within the first week of marketing and achieved in excess of the asking price. To say the sale process has been seamless would not be an understatement.

Aaron Priscott is an absolute legend. I ended up with nowhere to live after maida vale floods and he said "I know a guy". Relocated us, got us into our new home. Then at the new year. I said I want to stay here, Aaron made it happen. Hes a legend and I have no idea how he did all of that. Now I just live a life with my dog 🐕. Thanks Aaron for being such a legend. The entire experience was very good. However I cannot give full 5 stars because I had clearly stated in my offer that I required professional cleaning of the property I rented before my entry and this was obviously not done. Winkworth offered a top up cleaning which is why I remove only one star. Still this caused some stress and delays to me. For 5 stars I would have wanted everything to be done perfectly from the start. Overall I think they are good agents.
