2023 This is going to be my 5th year renting with Romans agency. And I can only say this is the best agency I ever had. The reason being is because the members of staff that work really hard to make sure that you are happy and safe. I want to thank particulary Kimberly Garcia Jones. She is amazing, always goes above and beyond, very attentive, kind and always makes me feel comfortable and shows genuine care for her clients. Currently renting a flat managed by them and, so far, I cannot be more satisfied with the service provided. Suresh Rana and Kian Lewington have been outstanding in their roles. Not only are they great professionals, but they are also very kind individuals. They provided timely and efficient assistance with a maintenance issue I had with my door, as well as resolving a problem with my building's intercom system.
