I met Jess for the first time last week whilst she was visiting my parents to help them make a change to the way they manage their property, due to the adverse effects Covid has had to their business.Jess was very patient, listened to their needs, wants and fears to engaging in a new business model to which she provided a wealth of knowledge and confidence.I am sure we are at the start of a great relationship with Romans thanks to Jess at Caversham.

I honestly have nothing bad to say. I was recently given notice during covid to leave my house I was renting by another agent as the landlord wanted to sell which stressed me out so so much and I come across a property with Romans Basingstoke. Had a viewing and secured it straight away. The agents were amazing. Maddie the little diamond made sure the entire process and through my referencing was as smooth as possible keeping me up to date with everything. And Molly made sure all my documents and info was sent on time and any questions I had were answered quick time. If you want to rent a house - speak to Maddie in Basingstoke branch. She is amazing and made it enjoyable instead of stressful. And between Maddie and Molly it was the most stress free experience 🤍🤍 I was also able to do the no deposit option which was a really good solution for me !! I’m now all moved in, settled and ready to enjoy my beautiful new home. Thanks girlies xx

I have had contact with Dan Hind, his manager and colleagues over a few years concerning the letting and management of an apartment in Reading. Excellent team with a very positive office atmosphere. Everyone was very professional. I recommend Richard Chambers who was hast in doing things hassle free by direct contact on WhatsApps as I am overseas with vast time difference. All important details are settled promptly. His whole team are also very professional and detailed. My flat was rented out and tenants move in within 2 weeks.

Edit: Still with Romans! Kimberley has been excellent at sorting out the couple of issues that cropped up this year, from a broken curtain rail which was replaced within a day to some rodent trouble in the loft. She is very reliable and proactive, top job. Excellent service for renters - our property manager, Kimberley, is always proactive to chase up contractors and get things fixed quickly and with minimal hassle (even calling us back on her day off when the washing machine decided to break down on a Saturday!). Definitely would recommend.

Dear Romans Another angry and unsatisfied Romans- Bracknell Tenant. Sadly the rate is the least provided. I would rate Romans 0. Why are tenants charged for things they have not damaged?? And How come Romans still get away?? Maybe someone brave enough has to commit suicide for this to change?? Being charged £155 for nails in the walls.??? Never put pictures up in a renting accommodation. Wouldn’t even know how to insert a pin. Was nearly charged for a missing freezer tray yet evidence was there in the inventory- no apologies nothing, Donna B- hope you get rich and this money changes your life- oh wait thus the money Romans refunded me when l moved in due to the incompetence of Danniella Rose- so basically Romans is claiming it back. Should have taken them to court for attempted manslaughter- maybe then they can make changes. Disappointed is the les l can say. Always draining Tenants. Renting private is not a choice. I bet the landlord is unaware of these charges and all going into the property manager’s tax free pocket. I have sent the current tenants both inventory’s hope they don’t get charged for the same things. Tenant helping another tenant. I’m sure they will find this useful. Donna enjoy my money worse that lm currently unemployed. I think this is why they use different clerks from check in and out. Careful Tenants if you have Jess M on your check. In it with Romans- she’s the weapon they use to retrieve the money. Most rude and disrespectful person. Not at all happy.

The move manager, Kassandra hopkins and Carl at the windsor branch have been excellent! All queries answered, the whole buying process was very smooth. My agent Molly and Carl are fantastic! I would highly recommend Romans for buying and selling. We have dealt with other agents a few months earlier and they were appalling! we were lucky to have Romans deal with our purchase.
