End of tenancy is always a bit of a stressful time and she has been great at communicating and ensuring it was a smooth process especially when she was having to deal with 3 seperate tenants in one property it can't have been an easy task. This team stood head and shoulders above the rest. They were genuinely committed to satisfying our particular renting requirements - and given that we immigrated from South Africa, those needs were quite unique in the UK market. Harrison and Katie in particular were very helpful and the process was completed in a difficult time quite seamlessly. Highly recommended from my perspective.

I am pleased to write that the services provided by prospect (Saffron) deliver are excellent. They respond promptly to emails and help to solve problems raised in due course. I complained about the break of the inner glass and it was given the necessary attention and fixed. Also, I was duly carried along in every step engaged in fixing the lid.

Thankfully I was able to find out how unprofessional Prospect is before I agreed to rent with them. A smart-deposit Scheme they was advertising on the website 'smart-deposit' doesn't even exist. This is obviously used to draw people in and make contact with them. Someone from the Reading office phoned me called Matt and he didn't seem to care they was false advertising.
