GoogleI have been using Prospect to manage my flat for the past 4 years and have had consistently great service. In particular, my management team leader (Chloe Hoptroff) has been brilliant; alway approachable and quick to action my questions and requests. This has been particularly helpful due to my work commitments making active management of the flat more difficult. All in all, a great service and I have no reason to look elsewhere come renewal time.

GoogleI am very happy with the service! The viewings were organised at a short notice. The agent with who I interacted the most (Callum) came back to me very quickly regarding any enquiry and was very helpful! Moreover, sorting out referencing and additional house payments was easy and quick too. Compared to other three agencies in Reading, who I had to chase for days, Prospect agents are the best.

Generally pretty good. As tenants, we find that necessary maintenance and repairs are arranged fairly promptly. All paperwork/documents etc. are dealt with in a very professional and timely manner. Can sometimes be hard to get through to the relevant person on the phone but email contact is generally very good. As tenants, we have found Prospect to definitely be one of the best property management agents out there.

I've been with Prospect since I've left England 3 years ago. The quality of paperwork and structure is fantastic. But most importantly, Agnese, my property manager is nothing short of amazing. She's super prompt, super kind and super patient...I cant think of an area where she could do more. A great example of going above and beyond for client.
