I’m writing to express our dissatisfaction with the experience we had renting a property through this agency. We had high expectations based on the listing of a fully furnished apartment, but upon moving in, we were met with several issues that were frustrating and disappointing.

The worst agency I have come across after renting for years. Particularly talking about the people who manage rented properties in Reading - they are liars, manipulative and uncaring. If anyone is renting, beware of their unprofessional behaviour.

Thanks to Beckie Baxter being a landlord with Prospects has been much easier. Basically any estate agent is only as good as its Property Manager, and luckily for me (and Prospects) Beckie is excellent. Always available for advice, and quick to nip any potential problems in the bud.
