TrustpilotA Big Thanks to Sasha
Thanks Sasha, the property manager, for being really helpful in assisting all the issues I raised. I rent an apartment which is managed by Prospect earlier this year. Recently, there was a moth issue in the apartment. Sasha was extremely professional and she helped to get it solved quickly. Highly recommend!

TrustpilotI have deleted my past 5 star review
I have deleted my past 5 star review, to give a 1 star review. I am livid - never again !!!I have removed my 2 flats from their Prospect. Whether it was a draw in cabinet, or repairs to windows they simply could not cope. What angered my, if that the In***n tenants they sent me, did not respect my furniture causing damages. The situation is made worst by the tenant refusing to pay the expense of the damage. Prospect of course took the side of the tenant, and had no empathy for my pocket. If you want your flat ruined, they will do this, but will expect you to repair everything at your expense.

TrustpilotReliable local agent.
Michael was very knowledgeable and prompt. Any areas that required a specialist he was able to put me in touch with someone within 24 hours generally. I haven’t bought property for a couple of decades so he was able to introduce a legal, finance and lettings team all of whom were reliable.

TrustpilotGreat customer service
We dealt with the Prospect Reading office when searching for a property. They were very knowledgeable in everything we asked them. We mainly dealt with Michael and Daniel and couldn’t have asked for more. We didn’t end up buying anywhere but definitely will come back to Prospect when we start looking again.
