Worked with Michael and Ross at the Reading branch to sell my house. The process was very smooth and efficient. The first sale actually fell through so ended up doing it twice. In terms of getting the house on the market, generating offers and getting an agreed sale I really can't fault the team. Thank you.

Saffron has been very professional and helpful. She has always replied on time and very quickly to my emails and phone calls and kept me informed of what was happening at all time. Saffron took the time to understand my position and explain the procedures. Although I was not entirely happy with the outcome it was nothing that she could control.

GoogleThey don't seem very organised. was Told my booking was cancelled when I was 10 minutes away from the property due to the estate agents being stuck in traffic! Would have been nice to have been given the option of to either cancel it or wait! I wasted 3 hrs in the car getting there and back.

Charlotte from Prospect was brilliant. She was very quick to respond to any queries and questions and found the perfect place for me to rent. However, dealing with "goodlord" was a pretty horrendous experience. They are far more interested in trying to sell you insurance, utilities and broadband than anthing else. If being forced to use "Goodlord" be prepared to receive an onslaught of cold-calls, texts and emails, all claiming to be either "on behalf of" or "in connection with" Goodlord.

GoogleDo not recommend. Very unprofessional. I wasted my time calling and going to their office more than once. Reached out to them when I first arrived in Reading almost a year ago. I visited their office to ask about lettings. They took my information and I never heard back. I visited again a month after and told them you're not answering my calls and they didn't say anything as if it's normal for them to ignore people. They took my info again and told me a flat would be available in a specific building I was interested in and they would call me in a few days. They never called, so I called again to ask for an update. The person I spoke with said that it was still not available and he would call back in a few days. They never called back. I ended up renting with one of their rivals, very professional, reliable staff. Almost a year has passed and im looking for a flat again, so we decided to give them another chance. My wife requested to view a flat TWICE and they did not respond both times. Very disappointing. Won't be wasting anymore of my time on them.
