Wow what can I say apart from what a horrible way to be dealt with and treated as a human being. It all started when we were first in COVID last year and did not even look at the property until I was demanded to pay the deposit unless I lost the property. I went to see it and it needed a lot of things to be done to it which I listed out to Prospects and they agreed that the work will be done including a Full DEEP Clean. I went back to the property and inspected the clean only to pull a cushion up on the sofa and find it covered in food bits and other dirt and even a dirty old sock. DEEP CLEAN EH?After still agreeing to take the property, as they had me by the balls, I moved in after visiting the branch to be handed just an envelope with 2 keys in it. No explanation of what they were. Anyway I went to the property and first of all found out where the bins were and were my mail went to which was not explained to me. The post box was damaged and no key. NICE.Then entering the property i noticed straight away that none of the things that i had asked to be done or removed had been done. SHOCKING.After several emails and calls i eventually got through to the branch manager and he apologised to me and said that he will send me some drinks for which I declined as all I wanted was a nice place to live in and what I had expected.I then after a few hours found out where my parking space was, as again I wasn't told, and also found out that you need a pass for which I wasn't given. I had to myself ring the council and PAY for the main pass and 2 visitors passes that you actually get.It has been 10 months now and STILL things are yet to be completed and they simply don't care apart from the commission they get on a monthly basis. I have been without smoke alarms since early March and still yet to be fitted even though the Electrician says it is dangerous as Health and Safety they NEED to be fitted. They were 4 years out of date.I would say around 4 sets of contractors have been out to the property to " Look at " things and they have all said that Prospect are terrible at communication to them.I still have had no real apologies and they are now demanding for me to tell them when I am moving out as they clearly are just looking to rent it again so that they get their commission again each month.Outraged is an understatement.I could name a lot of names but simply try to avoid if at all possible.Simon

Although the agent (Lewis) was super in managing all the administrative stuff and my requests for support, the Goodlord tool used for references process does not work properly as very often is stuck causing delays. We solved everything outside the tool and was much more easier.

GoogleWe've been renting our flat with prospect and everything was very straightforward, all the messages passed on the the landlord really quickly. Nikki has been incredibly helpful every time we had any issues, especially at the end of the tenancy, when she made sure we got our deposit back really quickly.

Cannot speak highly enough of the process we have just been through selling with Prospect. Initially Callum came over to do the valuation, and presented a good case and a realistic valuation, we accepted an offer 3 weeks later which achieved over 99% of the original valuation given. The follow up and connection then with Aimee was seamless. Aimee has been worth her weight in gold throughout this process, she has worked tirelessly chasing not only the buyer below but our whole chain, sometimes numerous times a day to get things moving. Her kind and professional manner has definitely made the whole process smoother for us and saved us much stress along the way. I am a new buyer and I would like to share my review on Prospect Properties. They had dealt with my property and the process very well.The key player in the whole process was Ellen D, she had been absolutely fantastic during the process. We had some mishaps which happened due to the fire safety form and Ellen was on the phone and worked overtime and weekends to make sure everything was being done quickly and in the right manner. Overall I would recommend using Prospect as everything was done in a professional manner and everyone I had spoke too was very responsive and helpful. Thanks

We have been with Prospects for over 3 years and as a management company they have been extremely friendly, efficient, reassuring and helpful throughout, making the process so much easier than it could have been. We were assigned a property manager Emily Holmãr-Moore - as a single point of contact and this has worked extremely well. When there is a problem it is communicated and often a solution is available as well. Emily is always available to give help and advice and made sure everything was in correct order.If you are lucky to have Prospects and Emily serving you then its a dream!

Both have been extremely friendly, efficient, reassuring and helpful throughout, making the process so much easier than it could have been. Our property was promptly marketed for rent and Anna was very proactive in arranging viewings, even in the middle of a pandemic, to find suitable tenants. Prospect, have been fantastic. They promptly got our house up for sale, gave us a competitive price and conducted viewings. Aimee has been an absolute godsend, she is extremely proactive when chasing lawyers and kept the whole chain organised and informed. We felt supported throughout and someone was always at the end of the phone to assist. We also viewed a couple of properties with Prospect, one agent showed great skills when showing us around, he allowed us to view at our own pace, answered questions and gave us time to take everything in. Another agent was a bit loud and pushy, he didn’t stop talking so it was difficult to focus on the property. He meant well but it may be off putting for some. Overall, we would definitely go with Prospect again, Thankyou.

I've just exchanged contracts on my new home and want to say thanks to the whole Prospect team especially Steph working in the sales & marketing suite for my new property, she had her work cut out with my file and always acted in a professional and knowledgeable way. There were numerous set backs along the course of the sale and purchase and she helped chase important documents and kept the new developer in the loop with any changes and also gave good advice to me when problems did arise. I would definitely use Prospect again because of the good experience.

Prospects were very professional from start to end of my tenancy. They tried to get any issue in the property resolved as soon as possible. Even when there was a property viewing for selling or any contractor visit to fix the problems good advance notice was given. Unlike some other Estate agencies or private landlords, everything was arranged around our schedule.Melissa Fisher- Property manager I will highly recommend. Found her to be very helpful.Luke Richardson- Client Manager very professional to deal with and helpful as well.
