Maddie Clarke is an exceptional estate agent. Maddie is far superior to any estate agent I have used over the years. She is professional, efficient, honest and extremely helpful. My move was particularly emotionally difficult Maddie went above and beyond to make me feel at ease and less stressed she always had time to listen and talk to me. Maddie always returned my calls promptly and nothing was too much trouble for her. I highly recommend Maddie. If and when I sell again I will use Maddie Clarke I’ve never dealt with such an amazing agent who makes her client feel cared for and valued.

GoogleDISGUSTING COMPANY AND PERSONAL! THE WORST LETTING AGENT I HAD TO DEAL WITH! THEY MANAGED IN SUCH WAY THAT IN A WHOLE YEAR NOT TO FIX EVEN TOILET! STAY AWAY FROM THESE PARASITES IF YOU WANT TO RENT! REALLY HOPE KARMA WILL STIKE BACK! MISERABLE AND DISGUSTING AGENTS!

Its been a real pleasure working with Beth Murphy on my recent purchase. Beth was extremely professional and genuine through out this process and always gave honest, pragmatic advice when it came to the property…. And avoided using the pushy sales tactic which i had experienced with other property agents . Beth was also extremely supportive when it came to dealing with my legal firm with the whole exchange process - they weren't the best when it came to communication so she handled them very well to get things over the line.. thanks Beth you have been incredible !

Sasha Byrne has just become the new prospect manager to manage my flat, I have been very impressed with her attention to detail and her great attitude to get a positive outcome. Mainly dealing with the tradesmen working on the flat, EG They gave a high price for the job with no details re cost of labour cost of parts etc etc Sasha was on to them before I had to ask, chasing them for a detailed costing, That’s just one of many that Sasha has given outstanding service, she’s a credit to Prospect

Hi there!I am a landlord and I work mainly with Sasha. I would like to say that she is very helpful both through emails and on the phone. She is pacient and tries to give pertinent explanations when promted. Although, I get sometime frustrated with the process of getting and signing in a new tenant and getting all the certificates and aprovals for the house, Sasha has been a very professional and at the same time a friendly person. Prospect estate agents have managed my flat for years. They have always been competent, but recently Sasha Byrne has taken over as my property manager. Sasha has transformed the level of service I receive. She has recently managed a very complex situation with 2 separate utility companies in order to get a new stopcock installed in my flat. Sasha, never gave up even though the companies involved became more and more difficult. She kept me informed through every twist and turn of this saga and ensured me and my tenant were happy. This is real above and beyond service! Sasha is awesome!

We have been using Prospect since 2008 to manage our rental property, and are currently working with Sasha as our property manager. Sasha is really responsive, clear in her communication and has a 'can do ' approach to getting things done - even if a little outside of the traditional remit of repairs and maintenance. I feel confident that our property is in safe hands while we are living out of the country, and have confidence that Sasha can manage any situation that arises very competently.

Good Lettings AgentsWe dealt with Sasha Byrne during our time in a rented house through prospect and she was fantastic, always willing to help and genuinely friendly - I've had quite a few rentals recently and Sasha has provided the best service of any estate agent.The only star removed is due to the Landlord of the property, who was incredibly difficult to deal with and I would advise prospect as a whole to vet their landlords closely as there are definitely some bad ones on their books!

I have been a landlord with Prospect for a number of years and have always found the service to be good. Recently Nicki Gardner has taken over as my property manager and I have found her to be communicative and supportive.
