My partner and I were recently accepted on an offer, thanks to the dedication of Prospect and great connections they have in the conveyancing industry. So far, our journey has really been flawless. Becca (Rebekah) at Prospect Bracknell has been really proactive in making calls to us and between stakeholders to get the sale on the table. Not only this, but her referral to a new mortgage advisor made our offer possible and we're really grateful. Max at Prospect showed us around the property, and despite it being early in his career, he had really good property knowledge. He was able to answer almost all of our questions, and the couple he didn't know at the time, he came back knowing on the second viewing after doing some digging. He has a very warm and hospitable presence and is a great listener. Compared to other estate agents we've dealt with around the Bracknell area, Prospect has been the best by far for customer service and efficiency.

Lily Sines at Prospect

Lily Sines was my property manager at Prospect. I was in the property for 9 years, Lily was my property manager for the last few years. She is professional, kind and helpful in her dealings with you. She was quick to respond to any issues raised, chase up with whomever she needed to and ensure the work was completed in a timely manner. She always responded to my emails and would call me back if I left her a voicemail message. I can definitely recommend her and hope that she receives the recognition in her role within Prospect, as she is definitely an asset to the company. Kate my property manager is clear, concise and proactive

Kate is my property manager and recently with all the changes in cost of living in the UK, she has really been attentive to changes needed to provide both my tenants and myself the best service. Always proactive in communication and raising any issues in a clear and concise fashion enables me to make the right decisions, and quickly, for the benefit of my tenants. I would recommend Prospect to any landlords needing full management, if they were all like Kate.

Honestly, if you’re a landlord and you want to manage your own property, your own tenants and your estate agents, then go ahead with prospect. They are the BIGGEST most appalling bunch of clowns out there. Out of a 12 month letting I had 5 months of full rent - the rest were random fees and deductions that they casually forget about and add on, not to mention £600 for carpet cleaning 2 brand new carpets that didn’t need cleaning! No communication, no skill, knowledge or even common sense. Maidenhead branch - horrendous and even the area manager getting involved achieved nothing - would have been better managing the whole thing myself! Utter chaotic clueless clowns. I know that being an estate agent is a career chosen when you’ve no real skill to apply to another career but they take stupid to new heights!

Daniel @ Aldershot branch is the best!

Daniel @ Prospect Aldershot is the best agent I’ve come across. We were the buyers and he was very responsive, helpful and decent. He held our chain together when we nearly pulled out, and took personal responsibility for resolving all issues we faced. I spoke to him more often than my own agents who were selling my old house. Not planning on moving house again any time soon (!) but if/when we do we’ll definitely use them.

Both Megan and Lewis have been really helpful and very professional throughout the whole process and kept us informed every step of the way. A good agency for your house sale

I have used Prospect a few times for house sales. For the most recent one the process was straightforward, and they supported well, finding a new buyer very quickly after one pulled out. However I think the most credit goes to the agency they use for sales progression, as my contact at Complete ASAP was fantastic. The only downside I found of using Prospect this time was that I dealt with 3 different people during 4 months of the sale, whereas previously I have had one continuous point of contact. I also found some frustration with lack of communication between office and viewings staff so information wasn't shared as smoothly as it could have been. Overall however I would likely use Prospect again as the experience was largely positive.
