GoogleI used Prospects to sell my first house and although there were some teething problems, and i had to drop the price quite a lot from their initial valuation, i eventually sold my house. Connor was great and answered all of my queries and made what was a very stressful time, a nice smooth process!

GoogleI purchased a property which was listed with them, very attentive and professional individuals to deal with and once I made the completion I asked them to rent it for me. Harry and his team are exceptional they managed to find a suitable tenant and let it within 2 weeks. So far so good!

As we are approaching the one-year mark since entrusting our properties to Prospect for full management, I'd like to express how pleased we are with their service. They've managed our properties with a high level of professionalism throughout, giving us great peace of mind. In particular, our property manager, Nicola Dixon, has been outstanding. She always handles all matters promptly and efficiently, and her professionalism and reliability make her someone we can truly trust and depend on. We are very happy with the service provided so far and look forward to continuing this successful partnership for many years to come.

Googlemy experience with Prospect has been deeply disappointing due to consistent management failures and poor property standards since early 2025. Issues encountered since move-in: • Hygiene & Maintenance: Upon moving in, the property was handed over with a broken washing machine and carpets that had clearly not been professionally cleaned, despite expectations for a managed property. • Health & Safety (Mould/Damp): For over a year, I have dealt with persistent damp and mould issues. My requests for resolution were met with significant delays. I eventually had to purchase my own dehumidifying products and protective materials to maintain the property's condition at my own expense. • Ventilation & Pest Issues: A severe external pigeon infestation has made it impossible to open the windows for hygiene reasons. Instead of addressing the root cause, the agency provided conflicting and inaccurate advice regarding local regulations. • Privacy & Professionalism: Only a few months after I moved in, the agency contacted me out of the blue demanding to bring prospective viewers to the property while I was still a sitting tenant, which was highly intrusive and unprofessional. Conclusion: It was only after the formal intervention of the Environmental Health Housing Team (West Berkshire Council) that any real action was taken. The lack of proactive communication and basic maintenance is unacceptable for a reputable agency. I strongly advise any prospective tenants to thoroughly document every detail of the property before signing, as the management has shown a consistent lack of accountability.

We’ve been tenants for the past year, and our experience with the Nancy S Marla (property manager) has been excellent. She has always been professional, approachable, and quick to respond to any queries or requests. Throughout our tenancy, everything has been handled smoothly and efficiently, and we haven’t faced any issues at all. We recently renewed our contract, which reflects how happy we are with her management and support. Overall, a great experience and we would highly recommend her as a property manager.

I had a very positive experience working with my property agent, Nancy Suri Marla especially when I first moved into my apartment. She was incredibly helpful and responsive in addressing the initial questions and issues I had. From queries about the window to concerns around the curtains, she was quick to assist and ensured everything was looked into and resolved as smoothly as possible. Her communication was clear and reassuring, which made settling into the property much less stressful. I really appreciated her proactive approach and willingness to help during that initial period. Overall, she was professional, supportive, and easy to deal with, and I would gladly recommend her to others.

Credit where it is due, Prospect Winnersh did sell our house which took a number of years. It was the after service that was appalling. Very little communication information that was seriously relevant not passed onto us regarding timings and our buyers buyer. Exchanging, the ink hadn't dried before their invoice came through to our solicitors! Completed and heard nothing. The most decent member of staff was Charlotte who moved to Reading Branch so no longer dealt with us.

We recently sold our flat in Reading with Prospects. The whole process took close to a year but Bernadette Martin at Prospects was an absolute gem and made the process that little bit easier. Excellent communication (there was an awful lot of back and forth). She always let us know what was going on, chased answers more times than I can count and helped with any issues we had post selling the house. If you’re selling a house - I’d only be recommending Prospects because of Bernadette and how much easier she made the whole process.My only negative comment is to NOT use one of the solicitors they recommend (Melia Mumford). They were by far the worst solicitors I have dealt with. Emails not replied to for weeks, despite their ‘10 working day turn around’. Would not recommend these solicitors to anyone.

Prospect (specifically Assistant Manager Beth Murphy) just completed a sale for us of a 4 bedroom property in Finchampstead. Beth gave a pretty good presentation to win our trust at the outset and we went with Prospect over several other Estate Agencies. There were a few wobbles along the way when the eventual buyers were struggling to sell their own home but Beth was great at communicating and kept the process moving along - ultimately to a completion not far short of our asking price (and in excess of what some other agencies suggested we could get). I have no hesitation in recommending Beth and Prospect.

I rented a flat under prospect for a year and have recently existed due to person reasons however prospect were nothing but informative and helpful in the exit of lease. our property manager was Vicky Crispp and during the course of the tenancy was nothing but helpful, she arranged with the landlord new sofas coming to the house due to our old ones being broken, she had the extract fans fixed and was very speedy in helping us get our deposit back due to a delay from the landlord. I would like to thank Vicky and prospect for all there help while I rented the property and say thank you for all the support they gave when existing contract.

Prospect is renting a property in Frimley (Camberley) to us. We found that at times when we needed to pay money or they needed us to do some paperwork urgently then they were very quick to communicate. But when we needed something from them such as a broken Goodlord link making it hard to complete our references, then they were unable to help. They were also very slow to produce the tenancy agreement and I had to call to chase them up several times, then they expected us to complete our steps quite quickly. However, we have managed to get to the point of renting and everything else has gone fine. In particular Edward Joslin has been helpful in giving us the information required to rent the property.

I have been renting my property for 11 years, with Prospect being the managing agent since January 2024, and working with someone who I can trust to handle everything professionally and in a timely fashion is extremely important to me. Fortunately, having Nikki Gardner as my property manager means that I do not have to worry about anything, always receive excellent service, and I cannot praise her highly enough.
