FAO - Reading Branch I am extremely disappointed with my experience with Prospect. Moving house is already a very stressful process, and unfortunately my experience with the agency made it considerably more difficult. Instead of feeling supported and guided through the process, I felt that I was treated very poorly and, on several occasions, spoken to in a way that I found extremely rude and unprofessional and in so much pressure. The agent made the process unnecessarily difficult and showed very little understanding of how stressful this period can be for someone trying to secure a home. I would have expected patience, communication and professionalism from a letting agency, especially when dealing with something as important as finding a place to live. What disappointed me the most was being told by the agent that I should simply “ probably not use Prospect anymore.” Hearing this from someone who is supposed to be helping customers through the process was extremely upsetting and, for me, completely unacceptable. I never expected to have such a negative experience with a letting agency that is supposed to support people during what can already be a very stressful time.

I came back from holiday late Friday night to find a leak in my kitchen. I emailed Nikki Gardener at Prospect at although she doesn't work weekends she was straight on the ball first thing Saturday morning....I had a plumber round and all sorted before midday...would absolutely recommend Prospect and Nikki Gardener...thankyou

We used the Wokingham branch. We had a bad experience, ultimately we withdrew our property from the market because of challenges primarily with our buyer, but we felt that Prospect seemed mostly to be pushing us to agree whatever the buyer wanted because we felt that they saw the chance of two sets of commission. We tried to pass messages to the buyer, and we do not believe they were always passed on. We would never use again, and would certainly recommend to friends and family that they look elsewhere. Having said that. Dominique in the office is very helpful.
