A great speedy service with Prospect. We have recently been in the process of purchasing through this agent and the buyer of our house fell through, Ryan Tucker from Prospect stepped in and sold the house swiftly to keep the chain in tact. They are very good at returning emails and calls and manage all parties well. Thoroughly recommend this agent.

Having been let down very badly on several occasions by another letting agent i turned to Prospect to manage my property. My property manager is Beckie Baxter and i cannot fault how she looks after my property, she is calm in a crisis, efficient, knowledgeable, friendly and helpful. I highly recommend Prospect and Beckie in particular.

People make the difference. Been Manager for a team of hundred people is easy to recognise the value of Sasha Byrne. She knew how to handle the situation and position himself right in the center. It is not easy when there are different conflicting interests. Sasha will be in my management team!

Absolutely on the ball with organising viewings, finding the right tenants, and communication - extrmemely professional and helpful. Worth every penny of the agents fee, which is not something I'll say often especially compared to some other agents!
