Prospect were so helpful throughout our completion process I could not recommend them enough, especially the help of Aimee smith who was always on hand to support with any queries and made the process a lot smoother, I don’t think we would be in the door yet if it was not for Aimee!

TrustpilotGreat!
Just bought a house as a first time buyer. Great experience with Prospect - especially from Beth Murphy from the Warfield office and Nicole Sinclair from the transaction Support team. Anytime I left a message, they would get back ASAP. They kept me in the loop at all times and knowledge was excellent. Thank you again :)

TrustpilotWe have found Carla to be prompt
We have found Carla to be prompt, pro-active and helpful. She also has a very pleasant manner both on the phone and in her email correspondence. It is very important to us to have someone reliable like Carla as we live in Dublin and are completely dependent on our property agent. We couldn’t wish for anything more.

TrustpilotThey are ok
They are ok. Some interactions have been positive, it really depends who you speak to. At the end of my tenancy I experienced a letting agent letting himself in while I was home without checking first if I could accommodate a viewing. This was quite disturbing as I lived there alone.
