Hopeless. Lied about what worked when I rented the property, were rude when I questioned the cleaning costs and always took the landlords side against the tenantn. Rent out your property with them but don't rent from them. They are terrible

Harry at Prospect was professional and clear throughout the process of renting our house. He was responsive and solved any issues/queries quickly. Throughout the changing COVID situation, Prospect showed their flexibility to adapt to the changing rules. I would recommend Prospect and Harry Pangbourne in particular if your looking to rent out your house.

Prospect have a good - high street - reputation. There failure, is in the level of knowledge, attained by their staff. This is an industry wide problem; the employer not caring about local - and indepth - knowledge. Prospect employ children to carry out a very responsive job. ?
