I have been a customer of Prospect Estate Agency since 2017 and am always happy with the services they provide. From buying the property to letting them managing it while being rented out. They are always patient and value their customers. We are very busy with work and are usually slow in replying their emails but they have been always been very helpful and help us managing the property well.

TrustpilotDuplicitous, unethical and unprofessional
I am in the unfortunate and unenviable position of being a tenant, and am having to deal with the Bracknell branch. I can sadly confirm that certain individuals employed there are duplicitous, unethical and highly unprofessional (there are numerous instances of shameless dishonesty), which is arguably the worst kind of behaviour in terms of your peace of mind as a tenant. I would not recommend this organisation to my worst enemy!

Maidenhead branch. Useless. Trying to sell our flat, even gave them a cash buyer who had come direct to us. 11 weeks later, after only ever chasing them, our buyer told us she was pulling out. She had told the estate agent over 2 days beforehand, they just didn’t bother to pass it on to us. Oh don’t use the legal firm they recommend either - they also did nothing unless chased.

Called up as cash buyer to view a house in Morland Rd Aldershot and was told it was not possible due to my current property not being sold (despite having cash in the bank to buy the Aldershot house).Tried to explain but not interested.Asked the old lady who answered the phone to delete all my details as not dealing with a company incapable of qualifying an incoming call.

I’ve had a consistently great experience with the property management team at Prospect.Most recently I have been working with Dani Smith to resolve an issue in the property following some remedial works.Dani showed a great deal of tenacity in helping me get hold of a lot of fiddly details from both the tenants and contractors. The communications have been quick, and straightforward and she’s made the issue much easier to deal with.

Great experience with Prospect as a first time buyer. To be more specific with Paul Wickens. When I saw the flat that I liked and I sent a request for a viewing, he arranged it quickly managing to reach to an agreement due to his help. All I can say is his immediate responses even late in the evening and the personal communication which he builds, make me feel security for the purchase process.

GoogleCompanys like this make me wonder why there is no 0 star raiting!!! they where pushy hard sellers, to be honest they are wanna be sales people KIDS... no experience and full of jargon that they don't understand. Following a valuation of my house they tried to charge me over 4 times the fees from other agents in the area on top of this they where useless at arranging viewings i.e. telling me that someone was coming over and then coming over at different days, worse still they blamed me and threatened legal action against me when I decided to go elsewhere to sell my house. WORST EXPERIENCE EVER AVOID THESE DISHONNEST, untrustworthy and unprofessional CHILDREN

GoogleHi I wanted a room for 3 months in Bracknell. I was trying very hard but could not find anything suitable. I was getting very much stressed. Olivia contacted me from Propect Estate Agency and just within hours she booked me room in Bracknell close to my work location. Her professional and the can do attitude really impressed me. Not only she helped me in booking the room but also went through me very patiently in helping me with the required paper work. Later on to complete the process I was transferred to another agent Chole Wise. She was very professional and had an enthusiasm to help and so I was not stressed at all and tomorrow I will get my room keys. GoogleI am based overseas. I have had 2 houses with Prospect Bracknell for the last 15 years and a have had excellent service, in particular from my personal agent Chloe Wise. She keeps me regularly updated and is always cheerful and helpful even when the news is not good when she offers solutions not problems. I am the ex- EVP Customer Service Manager for a Major Middle East Bank and also an International Corporation CEO . In both cases I had call centres as a responsibility. Ms Wise has an excellent manner for handling calls and is also prompt and diligent and no request has been too much trouble. She is a credit and a major asset to the Company.

GoogleI've had a very positive experience with Prospect, especially after having had a frankly dire experience with another estate agency group in the same area of Berkshire. The communication from the agency has been exceptional, and I've been kept fully up to date with everything along the way, including any queries I've had throughout. I'd like to particularly acknowledge Shannon Smith, who as a lettings client manager has made this entire experience far less stressful than I was anticipating, and strived to work around my awkward work schedule in order to 'keep the ball rolling' - would certainly recommend to anybody looking to rent or buy; they have been entirely upfront with any fee's or charges & explained everything in detail to avoid any miscommunication or confusion.

My main contact now is Laney Thompson - she provides a full managed service and represents both myself and my tenant very well. She provides a very high level of service and is always friendly, efficient and professional. I would highly recommend Prospect to anyone else looking to buy, sell or who needs to rent out their property.

GoogleI was really pleased with the service that I received from Prospect Estate Agents in Bracknell. They are consultative, on point and "customer centric" from both a landlords and a tenants perspective. Olivia in particular went out of her way to provide a high level of customer services, she was prompt efficient and really pleasant to deal with. I would have no hesitation in recommending the team in Bracknell. Keep up the good work Prospect - you are giving Estate Agents a good reputation!!
