GoogleAfter being let down badly by our previous letting agent, we moved our properties to Prospect. We have found Prospect to much more professional in all aspects. Liam McDonell rented our property very quickly and the property management team have been excellent in setting up our new accounts.

GoogleMe and my partner were looking to purchase a house in the Bracknell area and had found a house that we had liked with prospects Bracknell. However when we started to further our interest one of their estate agents Ricky Hobbs became very unprofessional, rude and verbally abusive to not only myself but also to my partner. I would never use prospects or anything property related again while Ricky works there. Very disappointing.

GoogleProspect in Bracknell are by far the worst letting agents I have ever dealt with in my life. We almost became homeless because of the multiple delays. The home we were supposed to move in had not been cleaned according to the inventory check and 2 months after the agreement fell through, they set up a direct debit for another apartment! From my first contact with Prospect back in September, nothing has been too much trouble for Matt - if he was not immediately available he always returned my calls promptly and was happy for me to visit the property as often as I liked (also sending through progress photos as the conversion progressed). He even offered to wait at the property for a delivery due before I moved in!
