Quick to respond to issues or queries, handles my frustrations with an irritating landlord with much grace and diplomacy and throughout COVID has kept me well informed of changes to the usual protocol. We will miss having her assistance when we move to our new home this summer!

GoogleVery bad service in Bracknell office. I contacted them for lettings, agreed to let property, gave notice to leave at my current property. After few weeks later found out that things are not the same as was described by Prospect at time of viewing the property. Now cannot move to the new property and also have to move out of the old one. In bad situation due to their awful service. I will not recommend to others

The lettings team in Maidenhead are terrible. Uncommunicative, discourteous and, ultimately, incompetent. Maybe it was just our experience but be warned. We will not be using them again.(PS I've chosen to leave out the names of the agents involved as I feel identifying individuals is a bit too pointed. Therefore, I am leaving this review as broad experience of my unhappy experience.)

Agnese Rees has provided exceptional management of my rental property - ensuring any repairs are immediately addressed and always keeping the landlord up-to-date with progress. Agnese has always shown to be very proactive, helping to liaise with the management company's repair team to set up a suitable date / time to conduct the repairs. I highly recommend Prospect and having Agnes as your property manager!
