TrustpilotConsistently good service!
I have been with Prospect for many years now and their service has always been great. Sasha and Chloe have been excellent property managers, and always patient and attentive to our requests. They specifically helped us through a very difficult period with a non paying tenant, and really went above and beyond to assist us. Really pleased with Prospect!

Bought our home through Warfield Prospect and had amazing support from Beth Murphy the whole way throughout. She was so accommodating and went above and beyond in all of her interactions with us. She was very open and honest throughout the entire process which we really appreciated and made our lives so much easier at a very stressful time!

TrustpilotProspect was brilliant
Prospect was brilliant from start to finish. Lovely people, really professional and we received an offer very quickly. Virginia managed the process to exchange and kept us informed every step of the way which meant it all went through without stress. She couldn't have been more helpful. We are hugely impressed and grateful. Thank you!

TrustpilotGreat experience!
I am very happy with the service! The viewings were organised at a short notice. The agent with who I interacted the most (Callum) came back to me very quickly regarding any enquiry and was very helpful! Moreover, sorting out referencing and additional house payments was easy and quick too. Compared to other three agencies in Reading, who I had to chase for days, Prospect agents are the best.

TrustpilotBig thanks to Paul & Beth.
Thank you very much to Paul Westmoreland and Beth Murphy for their hard work, diligence and honesty in the sale of my property. Despite all the stresses involved in the sale of a house, they were both always available to respond to and answer my questions and I would certainly recommend them in running with the sale of your home.

GoogleI've been waiting over 3 weeks for the return of my deposit. I've been prompt in agreeing to deductions and not disputed anything . The new tenants have moved in already and now they just decide not to respond to my messages. Very very quick to take your money but extremely reluctant to pay back what they owe you.NegativeResponsiveness

TrustpilotExcellent communication, friendly and professional all in one!
We have been using Prospect for 2 and a half years whilst renting a property and we are now in the process of purchasing a property and have had the pleasure of dealing with Savannah, and she has been absolutely brilliant. Excellent communication and very professional, helpful and friendly on each occasion we've dealt with her. Prospect as a team have all their clients best interests at heart.

TrustpilotGenerally pretty good
Generally pretty good. As tenants, we find that necessary maintenance and repairs are arranged fairly promptly. All paperwork/documents etc. are dealt with in a very professional and timely manner. Can sometimes be hard to get through to the relevant person on the phone but email contact is generally very good. As tenants, we have found Prospect to definitely be one of the best property management agents out there.

TrustpilotHappy with Prospect >>> Agnese
I've been with Prospect since I've left England 3 years ago. The quality of paperwork and structure is fantastic. But most importantly, Agnese, my property manager is nothing short of amazing. She's super prompt, super kind and super patient...I cant think of an area where she could do more. A great example of going above and beyond for client.
