TrustpilotGreat service.
We have successfully let our property through Prospect for 7 years now with 4 different good tenants. We have never had more than a week without a new tenant and contract negotiations have always been very professional. Agnese Rees has managed our property for the last couple of years or so and always been very efficient and reliable providing great service.

TrustpilotReally bad
Really bad, the house wasn't ready on the moving day (stated by contract) leaving me and my family looking for an hotel, that we had to paid our-self. When we finally moved in the house we find out that there is not not tumble dryer, despite the confirmation from their agent on the viewing day and despite the inventory report... DONT rent or buy through this agency.

TrustpilotProspect are terrible
Prospect are terrible. They are a bunch of crooks who charged fees for things that were not justified We rented a property via ‘Prospect’ years ago - they tried charging us for a mole problem the rental property had.We were warned by a local cleaner when we moved in that prospect we’re bad … we should have listened!

Although I ended up buying through another agent, I had a few dealings with Beth in the Warfield branch who I found extremely efficient - she was always sending me over properties that fit my criteria! She also was the only agent that actually helped me in regards to my mortgage and introduced me to Nish who sorted me one quickly. Thanks again!

TrustpilotSale of property in Yateley - brilliant!
We cannot praise highly enough the service we have received from the Sandhurst branch of Prospect Estate Agents. Not a straightforward sale, with plenty of hiccups along the way, but nothing has been too much trouble. We have been kept fully informed at all times and have had a constant stream of viewings leading to a successful sale. Would use again without question, superb service!

TrustpilotGreat service from Beth & the team
Thanks to the team at Prospect for a great service throughout, from pre-sale to exchange. Beth did a great job clearing some of the hurdles during the conveyancing process and kept everyone in the loop throughout. If you're looking to sell your house in Warfield, Prospect are the ones to work with.

After 6 months of failure when selling our flat using another agency, we join Prospect and after 2 weeks our flat was sold! Ross and many others were very helpful through the sale process and were always on top of things and available for any questions me and my partner had. Very happy that we used this agency!

I have been Dealing with Prospect for almost 4 years now and it has been nothing but a great experience. Initially Georgia and Currently Gemma since about 2 years now have been very reactive and helpful to all our issues which we have raised so far. Gemma always hears our problem patiently and tries to resolve for us.

TrustpilotProfessional and efficient service
As a landlord, I have used Prospect for a number of years and have always found them helpful and efficient. Recently, I have had to rely on Prospect even more as my tenants wanted to terminate their lease early. Tristan Lee, Anna Elema and Carla Munro have helped me through this process. They have been professional throughout and dealt with any issues efficiently. Thank you.

TrustpilotVery helpful
Sasha Byrne takes good care of my property, she is helpful when answering all kinds of queries, she also proposes solutions when tenants have requests that might be a little bit of unwanted requests.Prospect also offers a good reference evaluation to avoid problematic tenants and a comprehensive rent protection that provides peace of mind.

Thanks for all of the help from Beckie Baxter who has been kind and supportive throughout. End of tenancy is always a bit of a stressful time and she has been great at communicating and ensuring it was a smooth process especially when she was having to deal with 3 seperate tenants in one property it can't have been an easy task.
