I’m currently renting and highly disappointed and disgusted with the services I’m receiving. It’s been a month I rented and I haven’t been sitting in my living room. The first sofa delivered was bug infested and the second was nothing to accept considering the amount of money I’m paying. Took two weeks plus to deliver bed, mattress, and wardrobe. I’m tired of calling and no positive response from the agency. I regret renting this flat 😡

Thanks to Beckie Baxter being a landlord with Prospects has been much easier. Basically any estate agent is only as good as its Property Manager, and luckily for me (and Prospects) Beckie is excellent. Always available for advice, and quick to nip any potential problems in the bud.

He was understanding of schedules and took time to ensure we could see the houses at our pace. There was neither any rush while viewing or incessant follow ups post viewing.
