GoogleBe prepared to chase and essentially ensure efficiency as if you are working for the real estate agency whilst gauging if you have secured a new home in time for your current tenancy deadline to move out. Be prepared to not be shown around your living complex with amenities when you move in and have to ask neighbours to show you basics such as where to throw trash, go to the gym and how visitors can gain access. Also, even if there are two tenants in the contract, only one set of keys are given and they require you to pay £40 for the required second to be sent. Property not deep cleaned at all proper to moving in. Overall, a terrible experience for a lovely area.

Prospect Property Management have provided me with a super efficient service managing my flat. A full service and my property manager Beckie Baxter is always helpful and available if I need her and takes care of the little issues that come up from time to time. I wouldn’t go anywhere else!

Anna was extremely knowledgeable about the property we chose and had an answer for all our questions, from the Heating, to the parking etc. This information we found surprisingly difficult to get answers for, in comparison to other agencies. This was very helpful and made sure the moving process went smoothly.
