TrustpilotGreat experience
Beth Murphy was fantastic during my property viewings, and kept me up to date every step of the way, making sure the process went smoothly. I would highly recommend Prospect.
Thank you for your 5* review, Harriet.

GoogleProspect were brilliant throughout the sale of our flat. We were able to get viewings sorted quickly due to them having a list of potential buyers ready to go and as a result an offer came in almost straight away. During the conveyancing process they were also great at pushing stuff along. This was very helpful as it's a tedious and frustrating process with a flat. We would definitely recommend them from a seller's perspective.
Thank you Josh for your 5* review!

TrustpilotI have had a very positive experience…
I have had a very positive experience as a landlord using Prospect to help find tenants and set up the contract. Harry and Tristan were very energetic and enthusiastic and found a suitable new tenant very quickly. I would like to say it was a great pleasure working with Angela Jennings who dealt with the paperwork. She was very communicative and provided prompt responses. She also organised an electrician to carry out the certificate check, whom was excellent.

TrustpilotI recently went through a very bad time…
I recently went through a very bad time in my life, as I lost my husband very unexpectedly. Saffron and her team at Prospect were wonderful, caring, supported and helped me change everything over to my name. Then when it was time for me to move, Saffron was again there. Nothing was too much trouble and she always replied to my emails promptly. I would highly recommend her and Prospect Realty.

I am not one to leave reviews but I will make an exception this time. I can't thank Aimee Smith enough, for her professional behaviour, during my sale. Aimee, took on all the constant battles that went on between both conveyancing teams and was the only ray of hope in sorting out the issues, that arised. Aimee, kept me informed and through her hard work, she managed to salvage a dire situation.I really can't thank her enough.

TrustpilotThey sold my house super quick!!
Great work from Michael and the team at Wokingham Prospect. Seamless from start to finish, and he continued to push my house sale through whilst I was going through some personal family stuff. If you want an honest bunch of people to sell your home please use Wokingham Prospect, you won't regret it!

GoogleCalum, Connor and the team in the Prospect Bracknell office were great throughout our selling process. There were many hiccups throughout the process (nothing to do with Prospect) and they handled them perfectly each time with amazing speed and great communication throughout! It's now the second time of using them and would definitely recommend them to anyone! Thank you for all your help and support!PositiveQuality, Professionalism

TrustpilotI would recommend Prospect
I would recommend Prospect. They are a lot better than my previous agency, and are always prompt and professional. Sasha is great, cautious and professional. I should get her as my PA. My recent annual renewal went through smoothly and swiftly and I like the use of digital records, unlike the previous firm who always used post and paper records. I cannot comment on other reviews, but I am very satisfied for now

The service from Prospect has been excellent. From the start of the process from valuation, marketing has been slick and professional. A big thank you to Aimee who has given me regular updates and sometimes when needed a couple of times a day. Her cheerful and professional manner has made my selling process a joy. A big thank you to everyone that I have dealt with at Prospect. I would highly recommend using you.

TrustpilotHighly Recommended Letting Agents in Bracknell
We were genuinely impressed with Prospect Letting Agency having recently moved, especially with the complications of covid and the fact we needed to move at short notice. They were honest and super quick to arrange viewings. We were impressed by Anna who kept in constant communication, not just with us, but with the landlord and tenants too. In our experience not all agents in Bracknell are as open and transparent. Prospects were refreshingly straight forward. Thanks.

TrustpilotBest Property Manager
I write this review not necessarily about the company, as they did what they were meant to do. I write this about one person in particular, who, with their kindness, empathy and reassurance made my experience wonderful. “Who is this person?” I hear you ask. Her name is Julie Jacob’s and Julie is the property manager. If you are a renter or landlord I hope you find your way to Julie.

TrustpilotI would just to say thank you to Kodie…
I would just to say thank you to Kodie Brooks for all that she has done for us in the past. Kodie went above and beyond most letting agents I have dealt with the past helping us both during the letting of the property and the check out. I would highly recommended Kodie Brooks and must say she is an asset to the Prospect Bracknell team.
