A massive thanks to Beth and the team at prospect for jumping in and helping as after 2 failed sales with another agent. There service was so professional and nothing was too much trouble. We are in the process of selling our flat with Prospect. They have been really helpful, especially Michael Sharp. He has been updating us regarding the progress of sale and giving valuable advice. He is quick to return our call when we have any questions. Max was also great - he showed us around a house that we were interested in and he was very informative. All in all great team - very proactive.

It has been a pleasure being a tenant with Prospect. They are a very friendly and professional company. I would like to say thank you especially, to my property manager Julie Jacobs. Who has been an absolute diamond throughout my tenancy. Julie has been very patient and understanding, with no hesitation in helping me with any and all issues that had arisen. Issues which have been resolved quickly and efficiently with no fuss whatsoever. Julie is a credit to the company and gives estate agents in general, a good name.Many thanks again.

We recently sold our first house and purchased our perfect next house through Prospect. There were various delays through the process and I’ll happily admit I was clearly stressed the whole time but if it weren’t for Dan, Cameron and their colleagues at Prospect I’d have lost my mind!! Dan absolutely knew I needed regular updates, even if that meant no update, and did everything he could to move our purchase along and communicate with our sellers. Compared with our own agent who was pretty distant, the Prospect team provided fantastic customer service throughout the process and I had absolute trust they had all our best interests at heart. Through what is one of the most stressful life events you’ll ever experience, I’m so grateful to the team for making it that little bit easier. If we ever move again, which j hope won’t be for some years, I would 100% look to Prospect first. If you’re looking for great service and that human touch, I can’t think of a better agent! Thank you team, and we’re loving our new home!

It means as landlords, we feel our property is being cared for and when issues arise, they are being actioned as quickly as possible. Our property hasn't been the easiest and Emily has been nothing short of calm, understanding but above all else efficient especially in these unprecedented times.

Paul Wickens in the Reading branch without a doubt is the only reason my sale and onward purchase ever reached completion. In a chaotic stamp duty payment holiday world, lazy estate agents and solicitors who don’t answer the phone seem common place. Paul made sure I had daily updates, and chased up all other relevant parties to ensure the deal got done. Not only that - he sold my flat within 1 week of being on the market. Would highly recommend!!

Chloe Reilly has been my manager of my property for about three years at Prospect. I have found her helpful, active, constructive and pleasant. I appreciate being reminded about when the gas certificate etc is due.I like the way Prospect keep me abreast of my responsibilities as landlord, and am very glad to receive the Inspection reports which include so many photos of my property's rooms and garden.

Prospect are stand out estate agents, they really are moral and have a human approach. We had a retirement property for 2 years that had been with 2 other agencies previous, and it never even got a single viewing, we decided to make a change and go with Prospect after meeting Ryan and I’ll admit I was hesitant as we had been over promised and forgotten about twice before, but it was the best decision we made. Within 3 weeks Prospect had a viewing, the following day we had an offer and within 2 months it sold! It just shows that they targeted the right audience, took the listing seriously despite it not being worth as much as others and didn’t waste our time by just wanting a listing. Huge shout out to Ryan & Nicole - you were so polite & genuine throughout the entire process - but honestly everyone we spoke to who worked at Prospect was equally as professional and I never felt like I had with previous agents. Sorry it took me so long to getting round to writing this review!

Beth Murphy (Warfield) was so helpful by responding to our emails almost instantly (within minutes - amazing!). As First Time Buyers we had lots of questions so this made the process run very smoothly. She ensured we were constantly kept in the loop and always made us feel like a priority. So friendly and organised, thank you Beth! :)Unfortunately we have to deduct a star for a very pushy call we received from the conveyancing team, other than that, great service!

Tristan Lee provided excellent customer service when I was looking for a property for myself, my partner and our dog. He was able to quickly answer any questions I had and was really helpful when I went to view the property. He also provided a video link so my partner who couldn’t attend could also see it. Tristan was always so quick at getting back to me and I felt informed at each stage of the process. To whom it may concern at Prospect head office,We recently got served by Jordan Nixon as the representative from the Bracknell branch of Prospect following an enquiry made to the company.I have to say that as far as I remember at least, Jordan Nixon's been by far the most incredible Estate Agent person whom I've ever come across in my whole life.I think that Jordan Nixon stayed incredibly patient, presented himself well and seemed very knowledgable about the local housing industry.Something which stood out to me as the big number one plus point about Jordan was his attempt to honour my request for honesty which is something I appreciated it.I only really put down a reminder on the phone to write this five star review attempt in case it hopefully helps Jordan with things like job security, raises and/or promotions at work during times of lockdown and beyond.Yes, he Jordan Nixon really was that good so I hope that this hopefully helps a bro out so to speak.Jordan Nixon's colleagues Jordan Wells, Harry Pangborne and George Pangorne have also been lovely too.Hope it helps!Raza =)

After having three valuations and meeting with three different Estate Agents,I decided to market my property with Ryan Tucker at Prospect.Ryan stood apart from the other agents for his genuine enthusiasm for the property and he also said what I wanted to hear in terms of market strategy and level of service Prospect could provide.His actions proved to be as good as his word and the team secured a sale quickly,they seemed to be always one step ahead and I never had to chase them once from start to finish.Once the property was Under Offer, Nicole called to introduce herself as the dedicated chain chaser. Nicole was an added bonus to the service,she was totally supportive throughout and made sure the sale ran smoothly.Also a mention for Jordan-superb top.Very happy ,thanks to you all.

Prospect were extremely helpful in securing a property to rent for me and my wife. As first time renters and with both of us being new to the property market we thought the whole process would be very stressful- however this was far from the case. The team, especially Anna Elema went above and beyond to ensure we understood all the paperwork and documentation involved in the lettings process and always kept us up to date with each step of the process

Simply put they are the best. My mother died in June and as Executor I called on 3 Estate Agents to value her house. I was fortunate to have Ryan Tucker from Prospect Maidenhead visit. He has been highly professional from the outset and was the only one who gave a realistic assessment in valuing the house. Despite Propects fees being slight higher than the other agents, I definitely made the right choice in choosing Prospect. Ryan and his team have worked very hard to sell my mothers house and we now have a buyer. Throughout I have been given immediate feedback following viewings. I have also been provided with excellent advice and support, in what has been a very difficult and stressful sale due to the behaviour of other family members. If you want an Estate Agent that provides a quality service then use Prospect at Maidenhead.

As a long-standing landlord I know how important it is to have a good property manager. Especially during this difficult phase in all our lives. Beckie Baxter has gone over and beyond during the past months to help support me in the end of tenancy. I had a difficult tenant who needed eviction, Beckie was instrumental in supporting me directly with excellent communication even while working from home. From someone who works in the industry i have very high expectations of standards and serviced that should be delivered. I was lucky enough to find myself working on a file, to find Aimee Smith was on the other side. Aimee assisted to make a very difficult and complicated chain run smoothly, with hurdle after hurdle she assisted to negotiate over each with the chain finally coming to exchange. With solicitors proving to be very difficult to deal with, I felt blessed that Aimee was on the other side to ensure the chain stayed together. I would be happy to recommend Aimee to my bosses here along with all friends and family. It was a pleasure working with you Aimee and I hope we get to work together in future.
