Communicative and professional

Having met with a few estate agents for valuations and to understand their selling process, I selected Prospect based on their professionalism, high levels of communication and reputation. They were accurate with my valuation and able to achieve a high number of viewings and multiple offers quickly. My contact at Prospect has been Ross, who has been a pleasure to work with. Throughout the process, Ross kept me informed about my sale, dealing with uncertainties well during a challenging time. He was highly communicative, very responsive and good at setting expectations. I recommend Prospect to anyone selling their property.

A big thank you to Tom and Ryan and the Maidenhead Branch! From the beginning Tom was very thorough, professional and helpful in booking a viewing for me. He made sure he went through everything and was one of the first estate agents out of many that I spoke to that offered additional support in regards to mortgage broker and other contacts. I was very impressed with Tom. After my viewing, Ryan made contact with me to see how it went and if I needed any further help which was lovely. We didn't end up purchasing a property through Prospect however I was very impressed with the service they offered and both are a great asset to the team.

Chloe Reilly has been my Property manager for the last 18 months. She is a very friendly, helpful and responsive individual. Her work demonstrates a proactive and professional approach and she is always "on top of things." Great service from the Maidenhead branch…

We have been dealing with the Maidenhead branch and have been very impressed with the service and how quickly they were able to find us the right house to buy after our other one fell through. Tom Green was especially helpful in showing us around at short notice and we didn’t feel pressured to buy, it was very much a case of being able to look around the property comfortably on our own and then make our own decisions. I would definitely recommend the Maidenhead branch.

Found the process frustrating the sales…

Found the process frustrating the sales manager responsible for the vendor gave a completion date that could not be met.When this was pointed out to Aimee she chose to put me in my place rather than acknowledge that I should not have received that date. Beyond that she was only concerned with how quickly I could transfer funds even though no date had been agreed. Cameron was excellent answered all my questions was helpful and informative throughout all our interactions, an absolute credit.

First time landlord putting my home up for rent so initially spoke to a few different Estate Agents for valuations. Jake from Prospect who initially came to see the property was very professional, diligent and knowledgable and had done extensive research before coming to meet me. He also encouraged a higher listing price than the other agents suggested. Once we had everything agreed, Prospect had not only booked 2 viewings within four hours of the property being listed we had an offer. Elliott has been extremely responsive and great at keeping me updated with progress on tenancy checks etc. Overall great experience so far with Prospect

Prospect in Maidenhead

This is the second time I’ve used Prospect to sell a property and they didn’t disappoint. The process from Photography to Completion was speedy and efficient. Although several tricky issues arose they persevered and provided frequent updates. We loved the photos taken and felt that all agents respected the property they were selling. Flat for my mother

Danniella Wylie makes all the difference!

Like every business it's all about the people. Danniella is thorough and always gets to the task in hand. She's proactive and listens to what I have to say diligently, be it good or bad. Things do go wrong, no fault of Danniella, but when I raise an issue she grabs 'the bull by the horn' and gets it sorted.
