Have had a very positive experience…

Have had a very positive experience with Prospect Estate Agency and feel blessed to have found them. Staff are super friendly and helpful and went out of their way to let me return to potential rental properties numerous times to view, get measurements etc. They responded to any emails, phone calls or text requests very promptly and really take pride in their service. A person can also see that they have taken the time to ensure good, reliable and pleasant people work for them.

Do you want an honest, friendly professional to deal with your property search?

Whilst I didn’t end up buying a property through Prospect, Connor Brewer was one of the best people I met through this process. Out of all the emails I sent to many different agents, he responded first. He was professional, informative, patient(!) and completely understood my needs. I can’t thank him or recommend him enough. He is a star! I’d also mention that I certainly did not receive the same service from other Prospect offices!

A great experience with Prospect (Davina/ Paul) we had some complications with the sale due to unforeseen circumstances but they were there every step of the way and would recommend going with these guys if you are looking to sell your property.

After little success with other agents…

After little success with other agents I did a long walk with the dog in the local area on a spotting exercise and found a lot of properties were being sold by Prospect. When you meet the team at the Aldershot branch you realise why, they are so personable and Dexter especially is a joy to deal with.I found it hard selling as my wife died and there was a lot to deal with, but Dexter and Prospect have assisted me in the process making it less stressful.

Sasha has been great

Sasha has been managing my property for four months now. She has dealt with a tenancy renewal and organised redecoration. All correspondence has been polite and friendly, and importantly patient (as I often need reminders) and everything has gone well.I have found her professional and helpful, and hope that she will stay managing my property in to the future as she is very good.

5 stars from start to finish

Thank you to all the team at Prospect Warfield but a special thanks to Paul & Beth who most of our dealings were with. From the moment Paul stepped through the front door to the day I handed the keys over they were professional, respectful & extremely helpful despite all the issues that were thrown at them. If you are in Warfield & you want to sell your house just ring Paul.
