GoogleI would just like to writing to say Chloe wise from prospect is the most helpful and delightful person i have ever spoken to and every time you call her and ask for something to be done she is there for you. I work some very awkward hours and only have certain times i can do things but how ever small the job Chloe is there for you and that means alot. So i thank you Chloe for being so helpful and if a promotion should arise i believe you would be the perfect candidate to fit the position. Great customer service polite so keep up the good work. GoogleThere are Estate Agents and then there is Prospect. I have bought a flat through them, and continue to use the marvellous Laney Thompson at the Reading Branch to manage it on an ongoing basis. I have always found them professional, friendly and easy to deal with. So far as the Property Management is concerned, Laney has been really efficient in taking the pressure of day to day management away from me and providing a service other Agents must envy.

GoogleSeeking a house that caters for pets has been difficult. We first dealt with Olivia at Bracknell who found us numerous properties and finally found us the ideal home. From there we have been dealing with Laney who arranged the paperwork and has been amazing in getting all the little bugs of moving into a new home ironed out , chasing contractors and getting answers back in record time from the Landlord. Anything we have had queries about, anything needing fixing and Laney has expedited the issue promptly, efficiently and above all a continual level of feedback as to what is happening and when. This has really made the move far less stressful then it could have been.

GoogleLaney Thompson is my Property Manager. She manages a few of my properties. I have always found her to be very efficient, detailed and extremely professional. Whenever a issue arises with one of my properties she deals with it calmly and confidently. As I am usually so busy with my children and other things I feel I can always rely on her to make the right decisions on my behalf. When issues are a little more complex she manages to provide great advice. Laney is an absolutely exceptional Property Manager and a very pleasant person. I find it is always a pleasure to deal with her. Thank you, Laney

GoogleI was really pleased with the service I received from Prospect (Bracknell branch), I only dealt with Olivia and she was really helpful. We were looking for somewhere that would allow a dog which we didn't realise would be so difficult as this was the first time we were renting. We had a property that we really liked but we didn't get accepted and she was so helpful and found us another property the next day. She listened to what we needed and only ever sent me the details of properties that we would be interested in, not like some of the other agencies around that rang me constantly offering me properties that either didn't allow a dog or was more rent than we were willing to pay so it was a lot of time wasting. I also liked the fact that I only dealt with 1 person and didn't have loads of phone calls from numerous people at the agency. I would recommend Prospect to anyone else who needed an estate agent and when the time comes for us to buy a property we will definitely be using them.

GoogleI am new to the UK and after finding a property online I sent an information request. Olivia made arrangements to meet me the day that I landed in the UK to have a look at prospective properties. I met Olivia the evening that I landed and she immediately arranged for me to see a property the next morning that seemed to meet my requirements. The property was perfect and thanks to Olivia I had the perfect home after only one day in the country! Thank you Olivia for all your assistance and your professionalism! I'd gladly use Prospect again and recommend it to anyone else looking for property.

GoogleI commissioned Prospect estate agents to market my 3 bedroom property to the rental market. I had spoken to several local agents about the opportunity with regards to acting as agent for the rental of my 3 bedroom house which had recently been refurbished to a high standard. Initially I chose a competitor and it soon became clear that the service from this competitor was unsatisfactory. As soon as I approached Prospect about marketing my property things began to change. Jake Harley secured a high quality tenant after only 6 days of marketing, at the full asking price. I have selected the fully managed service from Prospect, my Property manager, Chloe Wise has been excellent. Chloe has responded proactively and promptly to the few minor issues that have been raised by both tenant and myself, resolving these issues without fuss to everyone's satisfaction My tenants have left a very positive review about the service they have received from Prospect and I heartily concur
