Totally unprofessional. Did not turn up to viewing after making appointment. Didn't even bother to call. Finally called back 2 days later and got the wrong name and asked how the viewing went. Totally clueless. There are much better estate agents in Reading so I would definitely avoid Parkers.

Parkers have been excellent in getting my property both marketed and rented out. Their management service is great too and offers you a peace of mind as any issues, maintenance queries, and fixes arising from the tenancy are dealt for you seamlessly. The team in the lettings department are quite approachable, friendly and very eager to assist.I would highly recommend them.

I have no idea how it is possible to make a straight forward landlord-to-landlord purchase as lengthy as this. Nine months for a simple, no-chain flat purchase, with funds in place and ready to go. As the buyer, I probably did benefit from the appalling pictures used to advertise the place though, as I imagine a lot of people wouldn't have bothered viewing.
Hi Jo Thank you for taking the time to review our services. Whilst I appreciate your frustration that the transaction has been ongoing for almost 6 months now, I do feel it is important to highlight that the delay is completely out of our hands. The company that need to be contacted in relation to the enquiries raised by your solicitor do not have a telephone number or email address, meaning all correspondence has to be sent by post. With many people working from home due to the coronavirus pandemic and the increased workload created by the stamp duty holiday, this creates unavoidable delays which we (and you) cannot control. I take on board your comments regarding the photos, but with the property being a compact studio which is also occupied, taking the photos wasn't as straightforward as usual. Hopefully we will be able to get the process completed as soon as the enquiries are answered and the Tenant vacates. We will continue to keep you updated in relation to this. GoogleThe photos of the advertisements are very exaggerated. They must be taken when the house was refurbished, also they are using special camera lenses to show the property larger than the reality. There are huge difference between the reality and photos. It is waste of time to arrange vieng and spending resources. I am sure noone buys house from the adv photos.

When negotiating the final purchase price I found Jay to be particularly helpful. All the way through the process, including the viewing and re-viewing the house, Jay arranged everything to our our satisfaction. After our offer was finally accepted, she kept us informed of the progress being made, including all the contractual stuff. All other queries we had were dealt with quickly. We are very happy with the service provided.
