GoogleI had to sell flat of my deceased brother, I found all the staff at Parkers to be kind and professional at this difficult time. I live quite a distance and they were able to deal with all the details at the flat, they took all the hassle out of marketing and selling it and kept me informed all through the process. I would recommended them to anyone in the Reading area

Parkers took a long time to sell my house, partly because I was based abroad, not available to pop into the office. However, after a while my team changed and Tom Bole, Senior Sales Negiator, and Bernadette Martin, Senior Sales Progressor, made all the difference: my property got sold.

GoogleWe dealt primarily with Ben Mitchell and Somer Jones when selling our house and both were friendly, professional and helpful throughout the process. Of all the estate agents that valued our house, Ben seemed the most knowledgeable and well-prepared, and towards the end of the sale, Somer was quick to respond to our many phone calls and always got back to us if she missed our call. GoogleTheir customer service is horrible. I've a closed friend struggling to get in touch as the branch director not allowing to communicate with landlord for some circumstances changes. In the beginning they are nice and smooth but after a while they show their real face .avoid π β¦

GoogleMy experience with Parkers has been relatively good in the recent years however this time I have noticed a huge improvement in their service. This of course is very welcomed given an increased competition in the housing/ lettings market and also the Pandemic. The team at Parkerβs were very helpful and professional throughout the whole sale process. From the early stages with Damien and Matthew ensuring the property was marketed quickly and dealing with perspective buyers until we received an offer. ( which was as quickly as Damien had predicted) The sale was then managed by Barbara Monterian in sales progression. I havenβt come across this before but she did absolutely what it says, kept the sale moving forward, not just for us sellers but for the purchaser as well. Great team effort all round. Thank you!

GoogleI used Parkers to find an apartment to rent within a mile of where I work here in Reading. I found the estate agent I dealt most frequently with, helpful, professional and friendly. Their advice went as far as suggesting a quote for home insurance for me, and their dealings relating to the hiccups with the prospective landlord was also professionally dealt with.
