GoogleI lived for 3 years in an apartment of Martyn & Co and unfortunately due to lack of knowledge we went through very unpleasant situations with this agency, they are disrespectful in every possible way but especially if you have children (we stayed three weeks with the boiler of the house without working, we turned on several times and were ignored until they went to change after we called several times, this was one of the situations that happened), the rent was very expensive and in the first year of contract renewal they increased more than allowed, all we asked was always NO, and when we moved in, they charged absurd things from us and returned a small part of the amount, terrible agency and I say this because my new agency is very good and they give 100% better assistance in everything we were surprised.
