GoogleThe seller, Haslams and I agreed a price of £300,000. Haslams then found someone to gazump that to £305,000 and the seller reneged on the £300,000. We agreed £305,000, the gazumper then increased his offer to £311,000 and the seller reneged on the £305,000.
