FacebookI've just had a successful letting with Chancellors in Sunningdate. I dealt mostly with Jenny Wintermeyer who was a pleasure to work with, friendly, polite and very well informed. Because we were pressed for time, they pulled out the stops to finish all the paperwork in very quick time and in a very professional manner. The team who answered the phone were also very polite and helpful, especially Kate and Lauren. [Sorry I didn't have the chance to speak with Fraser - I'm sure he would have been just as helpful.]

GoogleElla was super helpful and open in our initial discussion regarding possible rentals in Reading. I have contacted at least 6 other estate agents in Reading over the last few weeks and not one of them has been anywhere near as open, proactive and transparent about the market, the processes and the status of properties of interest. After speaking with Ella i will certainly focus on Chancellors as a prefered agency to continue my search with if suitable properties come up.

GoogleWe've just relocated to UK and we've found it very difficult to arrange viewing and rent a property. We really appreciate Chancellor's who has been so helpful and arranging for viewings and especially Luis Allwright who is very accommodating, super efficient and professional.

GoogleMy flat was on sale in March 2024 with another estate agent and one of Chancellors agents called me 2x days in a row in March and asked me if I wanted to rent it out instead of selling. I told him the first time that I was selling it because I needed the money for a deposit on a house. He called again the next date, less than 24 hours later, and asked the same thing. Now, over the past 2x weeks, I've had 2x of their agents call me and ask me if I want to sell/rent my flat to someone they have on the line. My flat has been sold STC on Rightmove since the beginning of April. Proper special lot working there.

FacebookBrilliant service across the board. In particular Rachel Axton at Thameside has been more than helpful on a number of occasions and I cannot compliment her work ethic enough. She does indeed go the extra mile to make sure the job is done. In my own experience, things are nearly never straightforward, however Rachel has always made sure that everything is organised and try her very best to make sure the outcome suits everyone.

GoogleLettings team are amazing! Sales team rubbish My preference was to sell my property however it is currently on rent via a Different agent I emailed both divisions. Lettings sent through terms and had an offer after 1 day of viewings. Sales team I have chased three times as they havnt even bothered sending terms! Needless to say I have now found another agent - guess they do not need the business!
