GoogleTerrific service. Fast to react to evolving requirements. Incredibly proactive and a pleasure to deal with. We contacted several agents in the area for a short notice selection of viewings, Chancellors responded first, took time to understand our needs and we felt like we received a top notch personal service. Professional through and through.. this level of professionalism goes a very long way.

FacebookWe recently sold our flat through Oliver in the Langley branch who was professional and enthusiastic. Hannah in the progression team was fantastic, it's the first time i've sold a property and she was brilliant, I think I would have gone nuts without her help liasing with the buyers and in particular their crap solicitors! Chancellors are pricey but the customer service we had was great.

Google1/11 viewings this month actually showed up. None of which, Chancellors informed us were cancelled. Time wasters.

GoogleAbsolute disgrace! I am a landlord paying for fully managed service from chancellors, and they can't organise a repair without me having to do it all myself!
