GoogleUsually I don’t write reviews but because of my seamless experience, I’m doing so. We are relocating to UK from overseas and Luis Allwright (from Chancellors) helped us finding the perfect rental property which we can call our home for next few years. He is proactive and knows how to maintain good customer relations. He was my go to person throughout the process. So far, overall 5 on 5 to chancellors team specially Luis. Cheers.

After meeting us at a site the first time, she has kept our requirements in mind, showing us a number of houses that were better choices especially in budget. GoogleI had dealt with Chancellors for a rental property in Reading. Dean Smith is the agent who was there with me from the initial call to viewing arrangements. He supported me in the documentation aspect as well. The best part is, I did get support from him post my tenancy start date as well. One of the best professional with friendly attitude. GoogleEdit: got much appreciated call with an update about the property. Booked a visit for a rental property, got confirmation email followed up by call that it can't be held and it was postponed. No confirmation email. Tried to call on the day and all numbers go to voice mail. Got voicemail back that the viewing can't be held. No time or something. Haven't heard since Saturday, it's Tuesday.
